Where Is The Blood Of Jesus?

Stop “Applying the Blood of Jesus”…Because You Can’t

The words ″I apply the blood of Jesus over my family,″ ″I apply the blood of Jesus over my marriage,″ and ″I apply the blood of Jesus over my automobile″ are some examples of prayers that are said.I’m sure some Christian has even attempted to apply the blood of Jesus on their cat at some point.Cats are not my favorite animal. If you’re not familiar with prayers in which individuals ″apply the blood,″ you might want to watch this video first (see especially the very beginning and from the 4 minute mark).

Such prayers (are they truly prayers?) might appear to be highly devout at first glance. They may have a really heavenly tone to them. After all, who wouldn’t want the best for his or her family, marriage, or even their automobile?Such prayers, on the other hand, are not found in the Bible. Why?

  • Because you are unable to apply the blood of Jesus to your life…
  • or anything else for that matter.

Two More Problems with Applying the Blood

Those who are continuously ″using the blood of Jesus″ in their prayers have the potential to make others feel as though their prayers aren’t adequate. Those who pray in this manner appear to be implying that prayer is a technique that must be taught. It is important to note that basic prayers are just as powerful as flowery ″spiritual″ seeming prayers in which someone attempts to pray in the ″correct″ manner.Consider the tax collector who just prays, ″God, have pity on me, a sinner,″ and then goes on to do his or her job (Luke 18:13).

If God is kind enough to reply to such modest requests for mercy, we may be certain that God will be equally generous in responding to the rest of our simple prayers. As good as, if not better than, saying ″God help my marriage!″ or ″I apply the blood over my marriage.″ The former places us in a position of faith in God’s sovereignty and grace, whilst the latter does not.On the other hand, the individual who makes such claims in the ″I apply the blood″ prayers appears to be attempting to exert control over the situation, if not complete dominion over it.It’s as if, because they are fulfilling their spiritual obligation by applying Jesus’ blood to their needs, God should feel obligated to fulfill their requests…or at the very least, God should feel more obligated than if they had just spoken a prayer of request.

Jesus’ Ordinary Blood (Yet Another Problem)

The blood of Jesus was not very noteworthy. While it is true that Jesus was totally God, it is equally true that he was fully human.Because of this, he was born with a complete complement of human blood, exactly like you and me.You and I were both surprised by how similar its chemistry was to ours.

In other words, Jesus’ blood does not function as some sort of magical spiritual fairy dust that can be sprinkled over your life by repeating the appropriate incantation ritual. To my ears, that sounds like Christian wizardry.Nonetheless, I’m rather certain that this isn’t a thing. At the very least, it shouldn’t be the case.

Where Does “Apply the Blood” Come From?

When Moses was attempting to free the people of Israel from their Egyptian captors in the Old Testament, the phrase ″applying the blood″ was used frequently.God instructed each Israelite household to slaughter a lamb and consume its flesh, as well as to apply ″part of the blood…on the sides and tops of the doorframes of the dwellings″ where they were eating the meat (Exodus 12:7).Those who obeyed were spared from the tenth plague, which was devastating (for more info, read Exodus 12-13).

In the New Testament, the apostle Paul refers to Jesus Christ as ″our Passover lamb″ (1 Corinthians 5:7), a reference to his sacrifice on the cross. As a result, some individuals believe that we now need to ″apply the blood of Jesus″ to many elements of our life, in a manner similar to how the Israelites physically put the blood of a lamb to the doorposts of their homes thousands of years ago.Sometimes it is done for protection (as in the case of the first Passover), while other times it is done as a general way of obtaining anything one desires.

God Applies the Blood of the Sacrifice

Of fact, because Jesus died so long ago, we are unable to use his blood in its literal sense. In contrast to this, the Bible never tells us to symbolically or spiritually apply the blood of Jesus to ourselves or our situations.Similar considerations apply in reference to the practice of ″pleading the blood of Jesus.″ And, to highlight the point, the Bible never provides us with any instances of anyone in the Bible engaging in this behavior as well.As a substitute, the Bible provides us with a vision of God applying (metaphorically) the blood of Jesus to the circumstances of our life (for example, Hebrews 12:24 and 1 Peter 1:2).

Even yet, this is not primarily a reference to the Jewish holiday of Passover.Additionally, the New Testament refers to Jesus as a sacrifice, specifically one that atones for our sins. This is in addition to the Old Testament’s references to Jesus as the Passover Lamb (Romans 3:25 and Hebrews 9:26-28).A reference to the sacrifices that took place in the tabernacle and (later) in the temple as a result of Israel’s participation in the ancient covenant. It is largely the redemptive act of Jesus as the atoning sacrifice that is referred to in the New Testament when it talks of ″the blood of Christ″ or ″the blood of the Lamb.″

The Precious Blood of Jesus

  • When the Bible speaks of Jesus’ blood and its worth, it is a slang term for the salvation that occurs as a result of Christ’s death on the cross. (The same is true when the Bible refers to the ″power of the cross.″ ) As previously stated, biblical references to Jesus’ blood are allusions to how Jesus fulfills various Old Testament sacrifices—he was killed, his blood was shed, and God (metaphorically) applies his blood to us as a result of which we are forgiven of our sins—and are not literal references to his blood. As a result, when the New Testament speaks of Jesus’ blood, it is also a reference to the way in which Jesus forms a new covenant between God and mankind. ″This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the remission of sins,″ Jesus declared of his own sacrifice (Matthew 26:28, compare Exodus 24:8). Recognizing this, one might legitimately assert that the blood of Jesus is sacred. And his blood is extremely potent. We are set free (Revelation 1:5), justified (Romans 5:9), redeemed (Ephesians 1:17, 1 Peter 1:18-19), given courage to approach God (Ephesians 2:13, Hebrews 10:19), and cleansed and made holy (Hebrews 9:22 and 13:12, 1 John 1:7) as a result of the work of the Holy Spirit.
  • (Can I have an AMEN from you?) However, Jesus’ blood is not something that we can apply to ourselves or to anything else in our life. Nonetheless, I am confident that God is generous enough to hear the prayers of those who make an effort. Covered by the Blood of Jesus

  1. The majority of us have either contemplated or made the decision to give blood at some point in our lives or another.
  2. We were aware that blood banks need a sufficient supply in order to be able to offer this life-giving fluid in times of crisis.
  3. Our bodies may require blood at some point, and it is comforting to know that there are supplies accessible in case this happens to us.
  1. Blood cannot be produced in a medical setting.
  2. While considering Jesus, we may not immediately picture Him as someone who would physically donate blood in order for us to have a bodily transfusion.
  3. His blood spilt for us during His agony and ultimate sacrifice on Calvary, however, does far more than simply keeping us from death.
  4. Is the phrase ″covered by the Blood of Jesus″ something you’ve heard before?

When Israel was covered by the Blood

  1. When I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague will not come upon you to destroy you when I smite the land of Egypt, according to the Word of God in Exodus 12:13.
  2. The blood will serve as a symbol (sign) on the dwellings where you are staying.
  3. In addition, according to Exodus 12:7, the blood of an immaculate lamb is applied to the two side posts and the top door posts of each dwelling, respectively.
  1. It’s possible that you’ve noticed that the positions of these three points correspond to the positions of Jesus’ head and hands on the crucifixion.
  2. As is always the case with God, nothing happens by chance.
  3. Read the entire book of Exodus 12 to find out what happened.

What did the blood on the doorpost do?

  1. It enabled the Hebrews to be released and set free (from Egyptian slavery), it protected them from death (God’s punishment), it marked them for life (Passover is observed annually as a reminder), and it recognized them as God’s offspring (God’s Chosen people).
  2. As a result, in the Old Testament, the immaculate lamb served as the blood donor for the Hebrews, and they were covered by the blood of the lamb — protected and delivered.
  3. As a result, we have a significantly larger blood donor!
  1. We have Jesus to rely on!
  2. He is God’s acceptable, flawless, and immaculate offering — the sacrificial Lamb on which we depend for salvation!

What does being covered by the Blood of Jesus do for you?

Here are some things to think about when it comes to being covered by the Blood of Jesus.

  1. The blood atones for the sins of the world. ″For the life of the body is in the blood. for it is the blood that makes an atonement for the soul,″ says Leviticus 17:11, while Isa. 53:10 talks of Jesus’ life being offered as a sacrifice for sin. In Heb. 10:4, the Bible makes it plain that the blood of animals cannot atone for our sin
  2. instead, Jesus’ blood brings about a new covenant with the Father. As recorded in I Corinthians 11:24-25, Jesus proclaims to His followers at the Passover dinner the night before his betrayal that the cup represents a new covenant in His blood, and that the blood of Jesus saves those who trust in Him. ″. while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us,″ according to Romans 5:8. It was as if we had never sinned because of his blood sacrifice. The fact that we are justified by His blood is confirmed in verse 9. Instead of seeing our sins, when God looks at us, he sees the blood of Jesus covering us.
  3. As Christians, the blood of Jesus purchases our redemption. It is confirmed in Ephesians 1:7 that we have redemption by His blood in Him.
  4. Christians are brought closer to God as a result of the blood. According to Ephesians 2:13, we, as Gentiles, were formerly separated from the Hebraic covenant, but have now been brought closer by the blood of Messiah, Jesus. The dividing wall between Jews and Gentiles has been demolished, according to verse 14.
  5. The blood of Jesus brings believers back into right relationship with God. According to Col. 1:20, all things have been reconciled to God as a result of the blood of Jesus shed on the cross. Because of His sacrificial love on the cross – the spilt blood of Jesus – we have been reconciled, and this is not due to anything we have done on our own.
  6. The blood elevates believers to the status of kings and priests. It is said in Rev. 1:6 that He who loved us and wiped away our sins with His blood has made us kings and priests before God, the Father.
  7. His blood cleanses the believer’s mind of all traces of evil. The Bible teaches in Heb. 9:14 that ″the blood of Christ, who by the everlasting Spirit sacrificed Himself without blemish to God, purifies our hearts.″ Why? So that we can better serve God.
  8. It is because of the blood that we, as Christians, have the audacity (confidence) to enter the Holy of Holies. The book of Hebrews (10:19) affirms that the spilling of Jesus’ blood has made this possibility possible. With the blood of Jesus, we may approach the most personal area with God and never feel inadequate or humiliated since we have been cleansed from ALL sin. 1 As it says in John 1:7, ″If we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, the Messiah, purifies us from all sin,″ we have fellowship with one another because we are walking in light.

Covered by the Blood = Love Beyond Comprehension

  1. Christ’s selfless love is beyond our comprehension.
  2. He willingly left His royal position in Heaven to be born of a woman and take on the form of a man, ministered for three and a half years to reveal the love of God to all, and willingly offered Himself to die in our place for sin penalties that were never attributed to Him.
  3. He paid the price for our bodily and spiritual life, and the good news is that His holy, clean, and immaculate blood washed away ALL of our transgressions.
  1. Your sins are washed away by the blood of Jesus!
  2. The following verses are probably well-known to most of us, but they are worth repeating.
  3. The work of the Messiah, Jesus, is described in Isa.
  4. 53:1.
  • He endured our ailments and carried our sorrows, as it states in verse four.
  • We learn in verse 5 that He was wounded for our trespasses, bruised for our iniquities…, and that it is through His stripes that we are healed.
  • It is apparent that our Eternal Blood Donor’s work is described in this way.

He gave everything He had to acquire everything He wanted us to be.When we accept His valuable gift, His blood is applied to our earthen vessels in the same way that the blood of the Lamb was applied to the Hebrews’ houses in Egypt when they were faithful in doing so.The book of John 15 gives a beautiful picture of what it means to be covered by the Blood of Jesus. When Jesus states in verse 13, ″Greater love has no one than this: that a man lay down his life for his friends,″ He is confirming the power of His spilt blood.

  1. ″You are my friends if you obey my commands,″ He adds in Verse 14, referring to those who follow his orders.
  2. At times, we believe that we are destined to fail no matter how hard we strive to obey His rules.
  3. What gives Him the right to call us His friends?
  4. But keep in mind that God is not on the lookout for occasions to blame us.
  5. That is the work of the accuser, the adversary who, as we know from Revelation 12:10, has been defeated.

God bless you and your family as you celebrate the victory of the blood over him and us.Jesus refers to us as friends, and he claims that he no longer refers to us as servants because we understand what our Master does.Jesus shared all He had learned from His Father with His followers, and this includes sharing it with us.We are members of God’s family!Take a minute to express gratitude to God for the protection provided by the Blood of Jesus!

JESUS’S BLOOD: The Astonishing DNA Analysis of Jesus Christ – THE DIVINITY OF JESUS

  1. The identity of Jesus’ biological father has been revealed via scientific discovery.
  2. This study scientist asserts that Jesus’ biological Father is ″God,″ according to his findings.
  3. A DNA investigation of Jesus’ dried blood reveals that his Father is not human, according to the results of the study.
  1. Several years later, the dried blood of Jesus Christ and the Ark of the Covenant were unexpectedly discovered by Ron Wyatt simultaneously; Jesus’ blood had leaked through fractures in the earth at the crucifixion site and fallen upon the missing Ark.
  2. This validated the miraculous character of the blood.
  3. However, because of a complete corporate news media embargo, this finding would have made international top page headlines.
  4. The following was carried softly but enthusiastically by Christian news networks: It is only with live blood that scientists can evaluate the chromosomes of ancient blood such as the dried, two-thousand-year-old ″dead″ blood discovered by scientist Richard Rives.
  • Further examination revealed that the blood contained 23 chromosomes from the mother (Mary), as is normal, but only one (Y) chromosome from the Father (God), which should have been impossible because regular humans have 23 chromosomes from the mother and 23 from the father, for a total of 46 chromosomes.
  • Unbeknownst to Rives, Ron Wyatt had previously delivered a sample to a laboratory in Israel, where experts had done a DNA study on the material before delivering it to Rives.
  • Similarly, the Israelis reached the conclusion that Jesus inherited 23 chromosomes from his mother but just 1 chromosome from his father, making his blood distinct from that of other human beings.

The atheist lab workers inquired as to Ron’s source of the sample, to which he responded, ″from your Messiah.″ As a consequence of their results, all of the atheist lab personnel claimed to have converted to Christianity. It is undeniable that Jesus Christ (Yahushua Ha’Mashiach) is the genetic offspring of the God of Abraham, based on archaeological, scientific, and circumstantial evidence, as well as other evidence. When Jesus’s precious blood was spilled onto the Mercy Seat of the Ark of the Covenant (which is hidden underground, directly beneath the site of the crucifixion), it served as evidence of the compassionate, skilled—and ironic—mystical blood ritual enacted by his biological father, the God of Israel, with the goal of granting forgiveness to those who have sinned against the world that He so deeply loves.Three days after Jesus’ death, the Lord God of Israel raised him from the dead and exalted him (made Him immortal).

  1. When scientists studied the dried, two-thousand-year-old ″dead″ blood, they were surprised to discover that they were able to study its chromosomes—something that could only be done with living blood at the time.
  2. In addition to having 24 distinct chromosomes or 22 autosomes (the mother’s are duplicated) in addition to 2 (XY) chromosomes, the 22 autosomes of the mother are equal to the corresponding 22 autosomes of the father (one to one), with the mother’s X chromosome (XX) plus the ″Y″ sex chromosome given by the father being the same as the father’s X chromosome plus the ″ (XY).
  3. In sum, 2 of His mother’s autosomal chromosomes duplicated 22 times, plus 1 (X) chromosome + 1 (Y) chromosome = 23 homologous pairs of chromosomes.
  4. His father’s autosomal chromosomes duplicated 22 times.
  5. As a result, only Jesus’ maleness was determined by His (Heavenly) Father’s (Y) male chromosome, whilst His bodily features were completely decided by His Mother.
  • Human cells have 46 chromosomes in their natural state.
  • Actually, there are 23 pairs of homologous chromosomes in this group.
  • In each pair of chromosomes, one member of the pair comes from the mother and the other member of the pair comes from the father.
  1. As a result, the mother contributes 23 chromosomes and the father contributes 23 chromosomes.
  2. Each pair of 23 chromosomes contains 22 autosomal chromosomes and one sex-determining chromosome.
  3. The X chromosome and the Y chromosome are the ones that determine one’s gender.
  4. Females are XX, which means they can only pass on an X chromosome to their kids, whereas men are XY, which means they may pass on either an X or a Y chromosome to their children.
  5. If they each provide an X, the child will be female; if they each contribute a Y, the child will be masculine.

The remarkable discovery in this blood sample was that there were just 24 chromosomes, rather than the usual 46.There were 22 autosomal chromosomes, one X chromosome, and one Y chromosome in the human population at the time. This demonstrates that the individual to whom this blood belonged had a human mother but no human father, as evidenced by the absence of the typical contribution of paternal chromosomes to the genome.

The DNA of Jesus is 96 percent derived from Mary, rather than 50 percent derived from Mary as would be expected under normal circumstances. As a result, the Holy Spirit would have had to have miraculously inseminated a virginal Mary with the ″Y″ chromosome of the non-human God of Abraham in order for Jesus to be born. While this scientific discovery of evidence of the historical Jesus’ divinity has not made international front page news as it should have, it has been reported to millions of people by Christian news networks and alternative media for nearly thirty-eight years, making it the world’s largest ″open secret.″ Please consider subscribing.

It is scientific proof that Jesus not only walked the world, but was also the biological Son of God, as demonstrated by his DNA sequence. This excerpt from an interview from the documentary film Revealing God’s Treasure (1998) features Ron Wyatt debunking the Israeli Department of Antiquities’ false claims about the discovery of both Jesus’ blood and the Ark of the Covenant.Wyatt also discusses the reasons why the Israeli authorities do not want Israel—or the world—to ever learn about this discovery, which provides scientific proof of both the historical Jesus’ existence and His divinity.Ron describes how he sought for and acquired a permission, and how he was licensed by four persons from the Israeli Department of Antiquity to dig and excavate in Israel, a process that took several months.Ron also exposes the corruption of the Israeli government by providing evidence of their lies, such as photographs of him taken by the media with one of the multiple heads of the Antiquities Department that Ron had met with—who had previously denied ever having met with Ron after the authorities had confiscated remaining artifacts and analyses and apparently classified the discoveries as Top Secret—after the authorities had confiscated remaining artifacts and analyses and apparently classified the discoveries as Top Secret.

  • These gentlemen have requested that I do not disclose my permit since the names of the persons who signed the permit are on the permit.
  • And this is part of the proof that I have physical evidence that I’ve been requested not to disclose with anyone, as part of my ongoing investigation.″ When asked about the possibility of a temple being built in Israel should the Israeli people as a whole learn that the Ark of the Covenant has been discovered, Ron states that ″it is their belief that they would want to build a temple to house it.″ In this interview, Ron also states—prophesizes—that the truth about the Ark of the Covenant, the Ten Commandment tablets, and the blood of Jesus Christ will be revealed to the entire world in due time, and that this will bring the spreading of the Gospel throughout the world to a close, and then the End will come.

  2. It’s not something you hear people shouting about anymore.
  3. Only a few handful are capable of doing so.
  1. How could something that is so vital to us as Christians be completely ignored?
  2. We have substituted the message of the victorious blood of Jesus with ″feel good″ sermons that are devoid of substance.
  3. Because the devil doesn’t want people to know about the blood that destroyed him at Calvary and put him helpless, he must be behind all of this.
  4. The goal is to put Christians like you in the same position as before: helpless and defeat.
  • And it was by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony that they were victorious over him…

Now that our future is brighter, now that we are referred to as God’s children, and instead of going to hell, we can be confident that heaven will be our final destination, we may relax.

Understanding the power of the blood of Jesus

1. The blood of Jesus was not ordinary

  1. Because if Jesus’s parents had been Mary and Joseph, His blood would have been just like yours, and His death would not have occurred.
  2. However, this was not the case with Jesus, as Joseph was not His biological father.
  3. ″The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you,″ the angel said.
  1. As a result, the holy One who is about to be born will be addressed as the Son of God.
  2. 1:35 (Luke 1:35) (NIV) Jesus’ blood not only included the human aspect of His mother Mary, but it also contained the power of His heavenly Father, who was present in it.
  3. Jesus did not have a biological father on this planet.
  4. In the womb of the Virgin Mary, God and man became one being.
  • Reinhard Bonnke is a German businessman and philanthropist.
  • That is the secret of the Blood of Jesus’s transforming ability.
  • One drop of His blood had the ability to pay the ransom for the whole human species, and that was all He needed.

In Leviticus 17:11, it was established that the blood contained the life of the flesh and that only the blood could atone (make recompense) for the soul’s transgression. It is for this reason that the blood of a lamb was used as an atonement for sin.I don’t believe there are enough lambs in the world to pay the price for the annihilation of the whole human species. That was only a short-term solution.

  1. ″Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!″ exclaimed John the next day as he saw Jesus approaching him.
  2. John 1:29 (NIV) (NKJV) When God gave the lamb, He was also the Lamb of God who had already been sacrificed before the beginning of the world.
  3. Unlike ordinary blood, his was holy and strong enough to atone for the sins of the whole human species, both past and present.

2. The blood of Jesus has the power to wash away all sin

  1. We have fellowship with one another if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, and the blood of Jesus Christ, His Son, purifies us from every sin.
  2. 1 John 1:7 (New International Version) Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke (one of my faves) provided the following illustration of the power of Jesus’ blood, which I believe wonderfully illustrates the significance of Jesus’ blood: ″If you are dirty and you have soap, you will not be clean until you reach out and apply the soap to your skin and wash your body with it,″ says the author.
  3. It is the same with Jesus’ blood: simply talking about it is not enough.
  1. It is not sufficient to just sing about it.
  2. It is not sufficient to just preach about it.
  3. You must apply it to your wicked life in order to be cleansed of your sins.″ Reinhard Bonnke is a German writer and poet.
