What Jesus Says About Me

What Does God Say About Me – The Beautiful Truth of How God Sees You

What does the Bible have to say about me? What do you suppose God thinks of me? I’m sure I’ve made too many mistakes. I’m not even interested in knowing how God perceives me. A failure, a sinner, a liar, and a concealer of the truth. That has to be how God views me as well. No, not at all. What I’ve written above is a representation of how we often think of ourselves. God, on the other hand, sees a lovely image when he looks at you if you are a Christian child of God. THIS POST MAY CONTAIN AFFILIATE LINKS, SO PLEASE BEWARE.

You and I are both surrounded by deception.

The more the falsehoods scream, the more difficult it is to uncover the truth.

The following adjectives describe her: shy, theatrical; bossy; noisy; intelligent; attractive; slow; pudgy; slender; humorous; serious; dense.

  1. What we tend to do is take the stories we’ve been taught and make them even more complex by adding more details.
  2. We may have moments when we wish to let go of such tales, but what generally occurs is that we convince ourselves that those stories are true in order to keep those stories.
  3. That is something I do not dispute.
  4. This is the internal dialogue that you have with yourself in your head.
  5. You must keep your attention on the truth in the region between your ears.
  6. Or your next-door neighbor, or your father, or your spouse, or even yourself.
  7. This is the truth.

Who Does God Say About Me

I want you to keep this in mind the next time you ask yourself, “Who do you think God thinks I am?”. It is my hope that you will remember something the next time you are treated as though your worth is in question. As well, I’d want to remind you of something when you’re exhausted and allow the falsehoods to become louder than the truth: Ready? God tells you that you are loved. In the Bible, the verse John 3:16 expresses the seriousness of God’s love as follows: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whomever believes in him will not perish, but will have eternal life.” What a love it must have been to abandon a heavenly and everlasting throne in order to come to the world.

  • Where there is a lot of anguish and it is genuine.
  • He didn’t just show up.
  • He emptied himself out till he was dead.
  • Is it true that he only did it for the perfect people?
  • Who were the folks who “deserved” to be graced?
  • There is no one who is deserving of such kindness.

We were still sinners at the time. That’s excellent news, since I’m still a sinner, thus the news is positive. What are your thoughts? POST CONNECTED TO THIS ONE – PURPOSE OF RESEARCH

YOU HAVE WORTH

In Genesis 1, we are told that humans were made in the image of the Creator. He also appears to us in Genesis 2 in the position of bending low and inhaling life into our nostrils. It is said in Psalm 139:15 that, “My frame was not concealed from you when I was being fashioned in secret, delicately intertwined deep within the ground.” Other than humans, no other creature that has ever been created speaks this language. It’s only a person. The fabric is intricately weaved. God is closely acquainted with us.

When you ask yourself,“What does God see when he looks at me? ” you can answer with this truth:

In the presence of God, you radiate with beauty. “Those who gaze to him are radiant, and their faces will never be embarrassed,” according to Psalm 34:5 (NIV). Do you have a sense of shame? Put it down. “Put it down and look to God.” Take a look at the birds of the air: they don’t sow or reap or collect into barns, yet your heavenly Father provides them with food anyway. Isn’t it true that you are more valuable than they are? In addition, which of you, by being concerned, can add even a single hour to his life expectancy?

  • Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they don’t toil or spin, and yet, I assure you, even Solomon in all his glory was not clothed in the manner of one of these flowers.
  • In order to avoid becoming nervous, avoid asking questions like “What will we eat?” “What shall we drink?” or “What shall we wear?” Because the Gentiles yearn for all of these things, and your heavenly Father understands that you require them all in order to be happy.
  • – Matthew 6:26-33 (KJV) What is it about those two passages, one from the Old Testament and one from the New Testament, that is so striking?
  • You will find truth when you turn to God, when you SEEK his face, not when you gaze at other people.

YOU ARE MADE NEW AND FULL OF THE SPIRIT

You will find truth when you turn to God, when you SEEK his face, rather than when you gaze at things. In this way, the question, “What does God think of me?” can be answered. OTHER POST – TREATING YOUR BODY LIKE A TEMPLE

YOU ARE TRANSFORMING

When you gaze to God and SEEK his face, you will find the truth. That is when you will get the answer to the question, “What does God think of me?” ALSO READ: TREATING YOUR BODY LIKE A TEMPLE

YOU REPRESENT GOD AS HIS CHILDWITNESS

“For you are all sons of God by faith in Christ Jesus,” the Bible says. – Galatians 3:26 (NASB) “As a result, you are no longer a slave, but rather a son, and if a son, then an heir through God,” says the author. – Galatians 4:7 (NASB) When we come to God via faith in Christ, the Bible makes it plain that we become heirs of the kingdom of God. His offspring, if you will. As well as his emissaries on the planet. “Rise, however, and stand on your feet, for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to appoint you as a servant and witness to the things in which you have seen me and to those in which I will appear to you, delivering you from your people and from the Gentiles—to whom I am sending you to open their eyes, so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who have 26:16-18 (Acts 26:16-18) How do you intend to present yourself as his witness?

Will you show there, clinging to your old self with all of your might, or will you let go and let God?

Instead, are you willing to admit that the same spirit that resurrected Christ from the grave is currently at work in your life? Undeterred, will you live your life in accordance with the reality of who you are and what God says about you?

What Does God Say About Me

  1. You are cherished
  2. You are deserving of and precious
  3. You have been reborn in the Spirit
  4. You are undergoing transformation
  5. You are his child and his testimony.

Seek God out via his written word. Commune with him through prayer on a regular basis. Seek out peaceful times with him to get to know him better. You will hear the falsehoods begin to fade away as you immerse yourself in his reality, his presence, and his word. As you go about your business, you will not have any doubts.

  • What does God think of me
  • So, what does God have to say about me
  • What does God think of me OR
  • What does God think of me Who do I believe I am, according to God?

The more you immerse yourself in the truth, the more you will transform, and the truth will become permanently etched in your heart and mind. You are cherished. Worthy and valuable are two words that come to mind. You have been reborn. You’re brimming with the Holy Spirit. Transforming. A person who is a child of God. You are the one who will bear testimony to his actions. That is what God has to say about you right now. And on a daily basis. Do you want to keep the truth and your priorities in check?

Who God Says You Are: 17 Scriptures About Our True Identity

Have you ever questioned your relationship with God? Or have you ever wished you had a different given name? Perhaps you were never fond of the name your parents picked for you when you were born. Alternatively, you may have been teased as a youngster (or even as an adult) by others calling you insulting names. The 13th of February was designated as “Get a Different Name Day” according to the calendar. During my reflections on this “holiday,” I reflected on occasions when I not only desired but need a new moniker.

My adversary has repeatedly put labels in my ear, which I have come to identify with and refer to as “I” throughout my life.

We are new creations

Christ, on the other hand, calls us “new creatures.” For this reason, if anybody believes in Christ, he or she is a new creation. ‘The old has passed away, and behold, the new has here’ (2 Corinthians 5:17). God claims that He has given us a new name. Every person with hearing must pay attention to the Spirit and comprehend what he is saying to the churches. I will distribute part of the manna that has been stashed up in the vaults of heaven to those who have triumphed. Moreover, I will give each of them a white stone, on which will be inscribed a new name that no one else will comprehend save the one who gets it” (Revelations 2:17).

To be quite honest, many of the names and nicknames I’ve been given throughout the years haven’t been that flattering.

If you will, call it “a different name.”

A Prayer to Remind You What God Says About You

Is it okay if I pray for you? Father, I am grateful that your Word is the truth in which we may place our trust. I am grateful that, despite the fact that the world may point out all of the ways we don’t measure up and all of the things we are not, You point out all of the wonderful things we are. Please assist us to remember everything that we are because of you, and to remember who we are as a result of having you in us. Encourage us by sending your Holy Spirit to remind us that we are forever loved and healed and strong and forgave and forgiven and adopted and whole and purposeful and optimistic and cheerful and peace-filled and victorious and powerful in your sight.

And Father, please enable us to recognize all of these realities in others who are around us.

What God Thinks About You

We all want to know who we are and where we came from. We look for and search for ourselves in an attempt to “discover ourselves.” Many of us have participated in personality tests and other types of evaluations. As a result, we discover that we are an ENFP, an activator, a competitor, and that we have a high I and a high D. Even while such exams can be quite beneficial, have you ever paused to consider the question, “What does God think of me?” “Can you tell me who he thinks I am?” It wasn’t until recently that I realized I’d never raised the question in this manner in all my years as a Christian.

And what I discovered is that God has a lot to say about what he thinks of us – a whole Bible’s worth of things to say about it. However, if we were to explain it in a nutshell, it would sound something like this.

You Are Valuable

I am the Creator, and you are the creature of the Creator. I took a deep breath into your nostrils and gave you the breath of life (Genesis 2:7). I fashioned you in my own image and likeness (Genesis 1:27). Your unformed material was visible to my eyes (Psalm 139:16). During your mother’s pregnancy, I put you together from the inside out (Psalm 139:13). The quantity of hairs on your head is known to me, and I can tell what you’re thinking even before you say it (Matthew 10:30; Psalm 139:4). I believe that you were fearfully and wonderfully created (Psalm 139:14).

  • The Bible says that God gave you dominion over all sheep and oxen, all creatures of the field, birds of the sky, and fish of the sea (Psalm 8:6–8; Genesis 1:26, 28; Jeremiah 29:11).
  • You, on the other hand, have traded the truth about me for a falsehood from the very beginning.
  • You have sinned and come short of the glory that I have for you (Romans 3:23).
  • And you were spiritually dead as a result of your sin (Ephesians 2:1).
  • You took a step back from me.
  • There isn’t even one person who works good, according to Psalm 14:2–3.
  • And yet, because of my great love, I gave my one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not die but will have eternal life with him (John 3:16).

Despite the fact that you were still antagonistic toward me, the death of my Son brought about your reconciliation with me (Romans 5:8, 10).

Grace is one of them (Romans 5:20).

You have been reborn if you have believed (1 Peter 1:3).

(Ephesians 1:5).

You are no longer orphans.

(John 14:18; 1 Corinthians 6:19).

You Are New

“As the culmination and last act of God’s six-day creation process, he crowned you with glory and honor,” God said. You are a completely original creation in my eyes. The old has passed away, and the new has arrived in its place (2 Corinthians 5:17). As a result, you have dead to sin and are now alive to me (Romans 6:11; Ephesians 2:4–5), and sin is no longer your master. You have at long last been set free from the bonds of sin and death. Because of this, you are no longer under condemnation (Romans 8:1–2).

Everything about you that is unrighteous has been washed away by Jesus’ shed blood (1 John 1:7, 9).

You have been saved as a result of grace (Ephesians 2:8).

You may rest certain that nothing will ever be able to separate you from my love for you through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:39). No one will ever be able to pry you from my grasp (John 10:29). And I promise you that I will never abandon you or forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

You Have My Spirit

Your new Father is joined by a new family of siblings and sisters, which is a wonderful blessing (Luke 8:21). You have now become a member of God’s chosen people (1 Peter 2:9). And the life you are presently living is based on your faith in my Son (Galatians 2:20). Look to Jesus for guidance. Keep an eye on him at all times. He is the originator and perfecter of your trust in Christ (Hebrews 12:2). Christ is in you because of my Spirit, and Christ is in you because you are in Christ (John 15:5; Colossians 1:27).

  • Continue to trust in him (John 15:4).
  • To live is to know Christ, and to die is to know gain (Philippians 1:21).
  • No, instead, live according to my Spirit inside you (Zechariah 4:6; Proverbs 3:5).
  • The Holy Spirit will lead you into all truth, assist you in obeying me, and enable you to carry out my instructions (John 16:7, 13; Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:16).

You Will Be Transformed

In the course of your seeking me and seeing more of my splendor, I am gradually converting you into the likeness of my Son (2 Corinthians 3:18; Exodus 33:18). One day, in a split second, in the blink of an eye, at the sound of the final trumpet, everything will be different for you (1 Corinthians 15:52). When Jesus arrives, you will be just like him because you will see him exactly as he is right now (1 John 3:2; Romans 8:29). Because of Jesus Christ, you will be freed from your physical death and will be able to live in my presence for the rest of your life (Romans 7:24–25; John 14:3).

Nor will there be grief, nor weeping, nor suffering any longer (Revelation 21:3–4).

Your rest will be with me, and you will inherit the kingdom I have prepared for you, allowing you to live a life of joy and delight in plenty forevermore (Hebrews 4:9–11; Matthew 25:34; Psalm 16:11).

You Represent Me

“Look to Jesus for guidance. Keep an eye on him at all times. “He is the originator and perfecter of your faith,” says the apostle Paul. As a result, conduct yourself in a manner appropriate for your position (Ephesians 4:1). Because of my Son, you are no longer darkness, but light. Children of light, please walk as such (Ephesians 5:8). If you are the light of the world, you are a city perched on a mountain (Matthew 5:14). I’ve dialed your phone number (2 Peter 1:3). You are the one I’ve picked (Revelation 17:14).

You are both a witness and an employee (Acts 1:8; Ephesians 2:10).

You have overcome the odds because of Jesus (1 Corinthians 15:57). You have a bright future ahead of you (Romans 8:18). You are a citizen of the heavenly kingdom (Philippians 3:20). You are a representative of my Son’s interests (2 Corinthians 5:20).

10 Beautiful, True Things God Says about You

“Turn your gaze on Christ.” Take care not to lose your concentration on him. “He is the originator and perfecter of your faith,” says the Apostle Paul. Walking in a manner appropriate for your position is therefore essential (Ephesians 4:1). The darkness in you has been transformed into the light of my Son. Children of light should walk as such (Ephesians 5:8). This city built on a hill is known as “you,” which means “light of the world” (Matthew 5:14). I’ve dialed your phone number for you (2 Peter 1:3).

You have been elevated to the status of saint, servant, steward, and soldier (Romans 1:7; Acts 26:16; 1 Peter 4:10; 2 Timothy 2:3).

You are triumphant because of Jesus (1 Corinthians 15:57).

God has made you a citizen of the heavenly kingdom (Philippians 3:20).

1. I Am Beloved

God, in his great love for us, and because of his abundant compassion, raised us up with Christ even while we were dead in our transgressions—it is by grace that you have been saved” (Ephesians 2:4-5). God’s affection for you is the reason He chose to save you. Even while you were dead in sin, He loved you so deeply that He sent His own Son to bring you back to life. He did this because He loved you. Despite the fact that you may feel rejected and despised, the truth is that you are deeply loved.

God is profoundly, madly, and personally in love with you.

So, dearly beloved children, follow the pattern set by God and walk in the path of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God” (Ephesians 5:1-2).

2. I Am a Masterpiece

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God planned in advance for us to accomplish.” “For we are God’s workmanship, formed in Christ Jesus to do good works” (Ephesians 2:10). You were made with a specific purpose in mind. God has a good job for you to do, and He has specifically designed you for that job. It’s quite easy to compare ourselves to others around us or to the pictures we see in the media, yet doing so will always result in feelings of disappointment.

Waterfalls and sunsets were crafted specifically for you by the same Creator who is far too good an Artist to paint several copies of the same thing over and over again.

“For You made my inmost being; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb.’ ” It is because I am fearfully and wonderfully formed that I give you thanks; your works are marvelous, and I am completely aware of this.” (Psalm 139:13-14; 139:15-16).

3. I Am Chosen

“For he selected us in him before the foundation of the world in order that we may be pure and spotless in his eyes” (Ephesians 1:4). What a wonderful notion! God had already chosen you even before the planet was created, according to the Bible. According to Psalm 139:16, He knew what your life would be like, and He knew the sort of person you would be (according to Jeremiah 1:5), so he chose you. Despite the fact that you may feel rejected or neglected, the King of the universe has selected you to be one of His own.

4. I Am Holy

“For he selected us in him before the foundation of the world in order that we may be pure and spotless in his eyes” (Ephesians 1:4). If God chose you, it wasn’t because He saw back in time and knew that you would be a holy person. The word “holy” refers to something that is pure, set apart, or sacred. God foresaw that you would be wicked and ensnared in the things of this world before you were even born. It was He who picked you because He cherished you and desired to make you holy. “Once upon a time, you were separated from God and considered enemies in your own thoughts as a result of your sinful actions.

You are sanctified right now, in the present tense, right now.

« As God’s chosen people, holy and greatly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion and kindness, humility and gentleness; be patient and kind with one another.

5. I Am Forgiven

We have redemption via his blood, as well as forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s mercy, through him (Ephesians 1:7). During the 33 years that Jesus spent on our planet, every thought that He had was pure. Every single word he said was true. Every action he took was righteous and compassionate (Hebrews 4:15). This is not a surprise development. As He has done throughout eternity, Jesus lived his life on earth in the same manner. He has always been, and He will continue to be, a holy being.

  1. The blameless One has been publicly humiliated, tormented, and killed as a criminal in the eyes of the world!
  2. God brought you back to life via Christ.
  3. In addition, when he had disarmed the powers and authorities, he created a public spectacle of them by triumphing over them through the cross.” (Extracted from Colossians 2:13-15) When Jesus resurrected from the dead, He demonstrated that He had defeated the forces of sin and death.
  4. He will continually accuse you, shame you for all of your mistakes and failings in an attempt to dishearten and paralyze you.
  5. However, he is no longer your superior.
  6. Keep your ears open to the One True and Living God, who declares that Jesus has already paid the price for your sins.

However, despite the fact that you may feel ashamed and dirty, you have been washed clean and are now fully reconciled to God.”.Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her in order to purify and cleanse her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but pure, blameless, and without fault”.

6. I Am a New Creation

To throw off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceptive wants; to be renewed in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, which was created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness” (Ephesians 4:22-24). When Jesus exchanged your sin for your righteousness, what you received in return was His righteous life. The old you was crucified on the cross (Romans 6:6). You have a new life in Christ as a result of your conversion. Get off of your old, unclean clothes and walk around in freedom and gladness, for you have been dressed in the righteousness of Jesus Christ.

Therefore, if someone is in Christ, the new creation has come into being: the old has passed away and the new has come into being!

7. I Am Redeemed

We have redemption via his blood, as well as forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s mercy, through him (Ephesians 1:7). The Greek term for redemption in this context refers to being “bought from the slave market of sin,” as well as being “completely set free.” When you were under Satan’s control, you were obligated to continue serving him by sinning and to share in his eternal punishment. But Jesus freed you from that slavery (John 8:34-36). Christ redeemed us by paying the whole amount of our ransom price.

“For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins,” Paul writes in Romans 6:23.

8. I Am Worth More Than Gold

We have redemption via his blood, as well as forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s mercy, through him (Ephesians 1:7). You can determine how much someone values you by the money that has been paid for your services, according to some people. You were purchased with the blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Your ransom could not have been paid with all of the money, gold, and diamonds in the world combined. We frequently look at the price of something we want to purchase and decide not to get it.

Jesus was well aware of the price that would have to be paid in order to redeem you, and He decided to pay it.

As you know, it was not with perishable goods like money or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers, but rather with the priceless blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or flaw (1 Peter 1:18-19).

9. I Am a Child of the King

To the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves, he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will—in accordance with his pleasure and will—to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves (Eph 1:4 b-6). God did not come to your rescue and then send you on your way. He adopted you into His family and made you a member of His household (John 1:12). You may feel unwanted and alone, yet you are a valued child of the King of Kings, despite your feelings to the contrary.

“The reason the world is unfamiliar with us is that it was unfamiliar with him.” The Bible says in 1 John 3:16.

10. I Am an Heir of God

In the same way, when you heard the gospel of your salvation, you were incorporated in Christ because you heard the word of truth. After believing, you were stamped in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the glory of God (Ephesians 1:13-14). When God adopted you, He gave you all of the rights and privileges that come with being one of His children. It’s unbelievable, yet it’s true: you have now been adopted as a brother and co-heir with Jesus.

What a marvel it is!

Despite the fact that you may feel like a nobody, you are an heir to the kingdom of God and to eternal life with the One who loves you the most.

A resounding voice from the throne exclaimed, “Look!

” Every tear will be wiped away from their eyes by him.

‘I am remaking everything!’ said the one who sat on the throne of power.

‘Those who triumph will inherit everything, and I will be their God, and they will be my offspring'” (Revelation 21:1-7).

Who Are You?

You are a work of art created by the Creator of the universe, who picked you before the beginning of time to be made holy. You are so valuable to Jesus that He willingly gave His life to pay your ransom and offer you a new beginning. You have been pardoned and set free. You are God’s treasured child and heir to His heavenly kingdom, and He loves you with an everlasting love.
