When You Call On Jesus

Call on Jesus – Nicole C. Mullen

I’m so unexceptional, as quoted in “Talk About It.” Nothing extraordinary has happened to me on my ownI have never walked on water or calmed a storm. I’m like a child who is terrified of the dark while I’m trying to get away from the crazy that surrounds me. But when I call on the name of Jesus, anything is possible. I have the ability to soar through the air on eagle’s wings. When I invoke the name of Jesus, Mountains are going to crumble because He will move heaven and earth to rescue me when I call on His name.

But when you call on Jesus, everything is possible.

When you call on Jesus, mountains will crumble because He will move heaven and earth to come and save you when you call on Jesus.

He’ll be there late in the evening, I’m sure.

When I call on the name of Jesus, anything is possible.

When I call on Jesus, mountains will crumble because He will move heaven and earth to save me when I call on Him.

When I Call on Jesus

I Call on Jesus – A Heartfelt Song from the Heart “When I call on Jesus” is a line from a song written by the well-known Christian singer Nichole C Mullen and sung by her. The lyrics are self-explanatory.

  • I’m a completely ordinary person. Nothing extraordinary has happened to me on my ownI have never walked on water or calmed a storm. I’m like a child who is afraid of the dark when I’m trying to get away from the madness going on around me. But when I call on Jesus, anything is possible. I can soar through the air on eagle’s wings. I can fly. When I call on Jesus, mountains will crumble because He will move heaven and earth to save me when I call on Him. Brother who is exhausted Daughter who has been broken Widowed, widowed lover, widowed spouse You’re not on your own. You can call Him in the morning if you’re tired and scared of the madness going on around youIf you can’t find the strength to carry on any longer. Afternoon is a good time to go. He’ll be there late in the evening, I’m sure. When your heart is shattered and you are feeling disheartened, simply remember that He has promised to be there for you.

When I Call on Jesus, the Storms of Life are calmed. When everything in our life is quiet and running well, we don’t often think to rely on Jesus for help. We have a sense of control over our life and are able to deal with anything comes our way. We are all aware that life will throw us a few curveballs and that there will be uncertainty.

  • Financial – overspending on unnecessary items, investment collapses, and an increase in mortgage rates
  • Disappointments in relationships, the death of a loved one, troubles with friends or coworkers are all examples of emotional distress. Spiritual storms — persons who are searching for meaning and purpose in their lives and are facing a faith crisis.

Many individuals are experiencing a sense of loss or lack of control in their life, which will lead them to make compromised decisions. With this upheaval frequently comes the sensation of being out of control and without a clear path. When I Call on Jesus, Here’s What Happens – A Biblical Example He told his followers that day, when the darkness arrived, ‘Let us cross over to the other side.'” They left the mob behind and sailed away with him in the boat, exactly as he was at the time. He was accompanied by a number of other vessels.

  • Jesus was asleep on a couch near the stern of the ship.
  • He rose to his feet, rebuked the wind, and commanded the seas to be quiet.
  • ‘Why are you so terrified,’ he said of his disciples.
  • They were afraid and exchanged questions with one another, such as, ‘Who is this?’ And even the wind and the waves bow down to him!” (Matthew 4:35-41.) It was terrifying for the disciples as the winds picked up and rocked the boat about.

They completely missed the point: Jesus was right there with them the entire time. He desired for His disciples to come to Him in prayer. In the midst of these storms, we might rely on Jesus to provide calm, serenity, and peace of mind to us, just as the disciples had done.

  • If you believe your situation is hopeless, turn to Jesus for help. For those who cannot see their way through, turn to Jesus for help
  • If you’re feeling completely overwhelmed, turn to Jesus for help. If you believe you are the worst person on the face of the planet, turn to Jesus for help. In case you feel as though no one loves you or cares about you, turn to Jesus for help.

It was the disciples who came to Jesus, seeking assurance that He cared for and was interested in them. We, like everyone else, want to be reassured that we are significant, that we matter to someone, that we make a difference, and that people are concerned about us and our well-being. When we call on Jesus, He may not be able to remove the barriers that stand in our way, but He will accompany us through them. As well as being reassured that Jesus loves them, many youngsters all throughout the globe want to know that Jesus does.

  • Find Out More!
  • – We have all sinned and are deserving of God’s wrath.
  • According to the Bible, Jesus, the creator and eternal Son of God, who lived a spotless life, loves us so much that He died for our sins, accepting the penalty that we deserved, was buried, and rose from the grave to show us His love for us.
  • Yes, I have made the decision to follow Jesus as of today.
  • I still have a lot of questions.

Nicole C. Mullen – Call on Jesus Lyrics

On my own, I’m a very regular person who doesn’t stand out in any way. Oh, I’ve never stepped on water, and I’ve never been in the middle of a storm. I take refuge from the chaos that surrounds me on sometimes. As if they were a youngster who was terrified of the dark But when I call on Jesus, everything is possible. I may climb on eagles’ wings and fly into the air. When I call on Jesus, mountains are going to fall because He will move heaven and earth to come save me when I call on Him. Broken-hearted brother or daughter, widowed or widowed-lover: you are not alone in your suffering.

He’ll be there late in the evening, no problem.

Every parent is familiar with the sound of their children begging for aid. Mom, I’m out of toilet paper!” I can’t seem to locate my backpack! What happened to my shoes? “I’m in desperate need of money!” The sound of their children reaching out to them for anything might serve as a timer for some parents. And, even if the conclusion does not turn out the way our children had hoped, something always occurs when they reach out for help. When we reach out to God, our heavenly father, he is tuned into the sound of our voices and will answer in kind.

But, if that’s the case, why is it that we turn to God as our final resort so frequently? Is it possible that we are unsure of what is meant to take place? Also, how about the fact that we aren’t actually expecting anything to happen?

Whatever your circumstances, something always happens when we call out to God.

Looking at the words that some of God’s people wrote about their personal experiences in both the Old and New Testaments, we can see how God answers when his people are in need of his help. When you begin to reach out to God in your moment of need, the following are six things you should expect to happen:

1. God will hear and answer

My response to my children is sometimes affirmative, and other times negative. The manner I respond changes depending on what I feel is best for them, but I always listen and respond. It’s the same with God, as well. Psalm 17:6 – I call on you, my God, and you will hear me because you are good. Psalm 120:1– I went to the Lord with my problems; I called out to him, and he heard and answered my request. Isaiah 58:9– Then you will call, and the Lord will answer; you will scream for rescue, and the Lord will say: Here I am, I am here.

You must have heard me when I wept.

2. God will save and rescue you

Depending on the situation, I may say yes or no to my children. It depends on their situation as to how I respond, but I always listen and respond appropriately. The same is true for God. Psalm 17:6 – I call on you, my God, and you will hear me because you are a kind and gracious God. As I called out to the Lord in my distress, he heard my cries and responded favorably to my plea. Psalm 120:1– Isa. 58:9– Then you will call, and the Lord will respond; you will cry out for rescue, and the Lord will say: Here I am.

It’s true, you arrived when I phoned, and you assured me that I shouldn’t be concerned.

3. God will draw close to you

Many people turn their backs on God because they don’t sense his presence. Our emotions are notoriously deceitful. The fact is that becoming closer to God is a direct result of regularly crying out to him in prayer and sharing with him our deepest and most honest thoughts and feelings, as well as our fears and anxieties. Do you get a sense that God is distant? Inviting him is a good idea. He is going to get near. According to Psalm 145:18, the Lord is near to all who call upon him.

4. God will transform you

When we are continuously transformed into Jesus’ image, we are living the finest life that is possible in Jesus’ presence. By calling on him, we are transformed into something holy, fresh, and pure. The Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and our Lord, made you holy through Christ Jesus, just as he did for everyone else who calls on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and our Lord.

5. God will abundantly bless you

My children have learnt that when they ask for anything small, I want to offer them something large. I’m sorry, but I can’t help myself. When we place ourselves in a position of dependence on God, God’s stance is one of plenty toward us. When we rely on him and put our faith in him, his aim is to lavish blessings on us – to perform wonderful deeds for us. Romans 10:12– For there is no distinction between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and abundantly blesses all who call on him,Psalm 86:5– For there is no distinction between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, Because you, O Lord, are kind and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love toward those who come to you in faith.

6. God will reveal things to you

We all require wisdom and direction from time to time. We all confront major decisions in which it would be beneficial to be aware of information that we do not already possess. Whenever we call on God, he opens up his vast storehouse of wisdom and insight for us, allowing us to make the finest decisions possible every time. The prophet Jeremiah says, “Call to me, and I will answer you, and I will tell you vast and unsearchable things you have never known.” In order to have a fruitful relationship with the Lord, it is necessary to call on him on a regular basis.

Why Do You Call On Jesus When You Pray?

“For there is something in God that is appropriate for all of the necessities and situations that His people face when they put their confidence in Him.” – Matthew Henry et al. What would you say if someone asked you why you pray to the Lord Jesus Christ and you didn’t know what to say? Alternatively, what would you say if someone approached you and asked you why they should put their trust in your God during these difficult and frightening times? In Psalm 18:3, David firmly declared his determination to continually invoke the Lord’s assistance.

Jehovah God has already demonstrated His ability to be dependable.

He was, in fact, the One and Only Being who was deserving of all honor in every aspect.

The only way he could free himself from their “hands” was to flee.

The “LORD” was the All-Powerful One Who was always there to save him.

Are you up against colossal obstacles?

When you find yourself in crisis or in danger, who do you turn to for help?

As a result, in any life scenario, whether it is life or death, he will turn to Him for assistance.

In Psalm 18:2, the author says, As David said, there are nine reasons why everyone should call on Jesus at all times and from every location.

The following are the nine justifications: “I will invoke the name of the LORD,” for He is my “rock.” He is my cleft rock, and he is the place where I seek safety.

He is my safe haven in God, protected from the “strife of tongues” and the ferocity of the storms of calamity that surround me.

“I will call upon the LORD,” I will say, for He is my “stronghold.” He is my stronghold – my fortress of protection – the fortress that is so formidable that no adversary can reach it.

He is a source of power and security for me.

In times of crisis, when I am encircled and on the verge of being captured by the adversary, He is my only means of escaping sufferings, temptations, the grasp of all adversaries’ hands, the body of sin, death itself, or the vengeance to come.

He saves me from the clutches of people who are far more powerful than I am.

“I will invoke the name of the LORD,” since He is my “God.” He alone is my paradise and my everything.

He is the source of my inexhaustible, constant, unlimited, and everlasting good.

He who instills courage in my heart is the powerful and majestic One who alone is capable of saving me.

He is my rock, a rock that will not be moved.

He serves as a sanctuary or a form of safety for me.

Because He is the everlasting and limitless font of kindness, I may place my trust and confidence in Him at all times without hesitation.

He is my shield or protector, and he protects my head and heart from any blows delivered by my adversary.

“I will invoke the name of the LORD,” since He is the “horn of my salvation,” as the song says.

Their horns serve as a weapon of assault or defense for them.

It is Jesus who drives and scatters my adversaries, and it is He who destroys them.

Since the LORD is my “high tower,” I will call on Him to help me.

He is a secure haven that is both unreachable and unassailable.

he reasoned why he believed the Lord to be the One and Only Object of his most implicit and dependable faith and confidence and why he owed his safety solely to the protection of the Almighty.

Please do not allow your familiarity with these Scriptures to lead you to lose sight of the truth that the Holy Spirit is attempting to impart.

However, when they find themselves in danger or in any form of difficulty, they “give in” to their circumstances or to the storm that is raging around them.

He is not like the false “gods” of the nations, as they claim to be.

Set an example for yourself by resolving that once “hard circumstances” arrive, you would quickly “call upon the LORD.” He’ll come to your aid right away.

He will be there for you at whatever time you require His assistance.

That is something you can rely on. He is “unbelievably deserving of praise.” Why don’t you show Him how deserving He is by presenting Him with the most excellent “Praise Offering”you are able to give Him – even right now?
