With a burning desire to see women become more confident and competent in their calling, Terri has been a leader in the marketplace and ministry for over 25 years. She has led an advertising sales team for a major cable company, served on a church ministry staff, founded three non-profits, and helped many women start their own non-profits.
Terri is the Founder and Executive Director of the Women’s Non-Profit Alliance, helping women pursue their passion. Terri uses her experience and acquired knowledge to coach others to lead thriving organizations. She is a certified trainer, specializing in topics such as Understanding Your Relational Style, Board Development, Strategic Planning, and Developing a Fully Invested Team. A repeat guest panelist for Dallas Theological Seminary, Terri has also presented for conferences such as LifeWay’s You Lead, Arise Ministries Survive and Thrive, Thelma Wells Wonder Woman, ProvenWay’s Free to Lead Retreat, and Hope for the Heart’s Leaders Intensive.
