When I was younger, I was asked, “Who is Jesus Christ to you?” On the one hand, it’s a straightforward question. On the other hand, it’s a rather complicated situation. One’s response reveals a great deal about their perspective on Christianity, God, and their own faith. David Lose recently stated that, since we believe in a God who we cannot see, our experiences in this world may eventually impact our perception of God and the universe. For example, because we live in a violent environment, we may perceive God as a violent God who is on a mission to exterminate and annihilate unfaithful individuals.

Who really is Jesus Christ in my eyes?

This is what I believed since that was what everyone told me.

I had been led to believe that the ultimate objective of life is to embrace Jesus as my personal savior.

Obviously, the kids would be dissatisfied if they “felt” as though they weren’t saved this time.

And, in my early years as a youth pastor, I was the one who attempted to create these kinds of moments at every retreat.

After all, it didn’t matter that Jae had accepted Jesus as his Savior for the fourth time.

One year, our winter retreat was about to begin, and one of the normal students had failed to sign up for it.

After a while, it occurred to me that my connection needed to be more than just Rescuer and rescued.

And if Jesus is my Lord, I should devote my life to carrying out his instructions rather than attempting to make Jesus fulfill my wishes and fit into my reality.

In an ideal world, I would follow Christ wherever he went.

What Christ has asked me to do, I carry out.

I’m not going to lie, I’m going to struggle and resist.

Because Jesus is a loving and kind Master who has poured down his life for us.

Whenever I look into his eyes, he asks me, “Child, where have they gone?” Is it true that no one has condemned you?

As a result, when we embrace Jesus as our Savior, Lord, and Master, we are no longer the same people we were before.

It is impossible for us to remain the same once we begin living for Jesus’ purpose rather than our own.

It is quite seldom that I am presented with a practical question that is too tough to address. Life has taught me many things. things that I was able to respond with easy and without much self-interrogation as a result of my experiences. However, this question has me completely perplexed to the point that I have been gazing at my computer screen for about half an hour, just trying to figure out where to begin answering it. Who really is Jesus Christ in my eyes? Even after spending three years in a catholic school, participating in numerous church choirs, and yes, even religious groups such as the Youth for Christ, it wasn’t until recently that I was able to respond to this issue with thoughtful consideration and meditation.

1. In the area of Palestine, Jesus was born of a human mother, named Mary, and raised by her.
2. He was a simple man.
3. It has been claimed that Jesus was a descendant of David, the warrior-king of Israel, according to scriptures in the New Testament that were penned by his early supporters.
4. His birth was a routine affair in and of itself, despite reports of remarkable events occurring on the occasion of this momentous occasion.
5. At first glance, observers didn’t notice anything unusual about him.
6. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, he began to speak with knowledge and authority, with no prior warning.
7. It wasn’t long until the people of Nazareth kicked him out of their synagogue.

Once his public ministry got underway, Jesus appeared to be entirely consumed with preaching that the Kingdom of God had arrived!

It was almost as if his own family had vanished from the face of the earth.

His attachment to any one area was non-existent; he was constantly on the move: “I have to preach there, too.” He was surrounded by throngs of people.

He picked others and invited them to join him on his journey.

He said they should love their neighbor as themselves.

He was approachable to everyone, and he treated each individual with a special regard and care.

He appeared to be living from one moment to the next, with no apparent sense of direction or set of intentions.

Some members of the religious elite were perplexed as to why he sat at the same table with sinners, and they demanded an explanation.

He claimed to be the Son of God.

This, however, did not make him feel any less affection for us.

He was reviled, he was humiliated, he was slain point-blank, and he accepted all of this without a trace of remorse because he knew what he was doing was the right thing.

Jesus Christ represents humanity, compassion, and love in all of its forms.

He was there for you when you needed him, and you didn’t even have to ask for him.

Most importantly, He taught me that knowing Him is sufficient to understand myself, and with that understanding, I am able to comprehend others, and it is at this point that I acquire the most important lesson of all: the lesson of unconditional love.

In claiming pre-existence, Jesus took on the name of God and applied it to Himself: I AM (see Exodus 3:14).

In addition to John 1:1, which states, “The Word was God,” and John 1:14, which states, “The Word became human,” there are other scriptural indications that Jesus is God manifested in the flesh.

The apostle Paul refers to Jesus as “our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ” in his letter to the Romans (Titus 2:13).

God the Father also offers evidence to Jesus’ identity: “But concerning the Son, he declares, ‘Your throne, O God, will endure forever and ever, and righteousness will be the scepter of your kingdom.’ ” It is written in Hebrews 1:8, and it is found in Psalm 45:6.

And he will be known by the titles “Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace” and “Mighty God” (emphasis added).

What difference does it make whether or not Jesus is God?

Does God care what I think about Jesus?

Every step of the way goes back to the time when our ancient forefather Adam, the first man and father of us all, was granted permission by God to eat from any tree in Eden, except for the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, which was forbidden because “in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die” (Gen. 2:17). A solution for death is promised in Genesis 3, the same chapter that accounts of Adam’s transgression. According to Genesis 3:15, God revealed that He had a plan to save humans and all of creation from the consequences of sin, which would include death. For us, God’s plan to redeem us via the person known as the Messiah and Savior is revealed in the Scriptures.

Animal sacrifices, which were necessary on a yearly basis, were insufficient to completely atone for our sins. The world desperately needed a Redeemer—someone who could stand in our place, suffer the punishment we deserved, and set us free from having to pay the cost for our sin. Jesus Christ was that Redeemer. It was necessary for our Redeemer to be without blemish or sin in order to be acceptable to God as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins. Moreover, God cares for us so deeply that He sent His own Son, the Son of Promise (Isa.

According to Hinduism, Jesus is only one of millions of gods that exist simultaneously. Jewish tradition holds that Jesus was a great prophet and teacher, but that He is not the divine being that He claims to be.

The public has spoken, and now he wants to hear their own viewpoints on the subject matter. Here it is, at long last, the decisive time! Everything Jesus has taught them and demonstrated to them has been building up to this point in time, they believe. The culmination of every miracle had led to this one precise point in time.

Every word of truth Jesus gave was a call to His followers to come to this great spiritual fork in the path. Their response to this question would provide Jesus with valuable information on the effectiveness of His personal ministry to these men.

Jesus simply asks, “But, Whom say ye that I am?”

Even though it is a basic question, the ramifications of the answer are profound. If one gives the proper response to the question, they will go to Heaven; if one gives the erroneous answer, they will go to Hell. Peter, as was customary, spoke on behalf of the entire group. “Thou art the Christ!” Peter said emphatically. He got it exactly correct! Matthew’s account of these events includes a quotation from Peter, who says, “Thou are the Christ, the Son of the living God,” Matthew 16:16.16 And Simon Peter said, “Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God,” and the rest is history.

Possibly, you subscribe to some of the erroneous teachings of cults and other faiths regarding Jesus’ divinity.

“Friend, this is the truth: The Bible says in John 3:16 that we are to love one another.

Perhaps you consider Jesus to have been only a great teacher or a great leader of men.

I’m curious as to where it will be. What are your plans for the afterlife? Alternately, will you choose hell as your destination?

In verses 30 and 31, Jesus instructed His followers not to inform anybody. He did this since he didn’t have enough time. Were they to have gone across the country teaching that Jesus was the Messiah, it is likely that resistance would have developed to such a level that Jesus would have been unable to accomplish His task. His work has been fulfilled, and He has commanded us to tell the rest of the world about Him. That is exactly what I attempted to accomplish today. Things have been taught to me by life. Those are the kinds of questions that I was able to answer with easy and without much self-interrogation. However, this question has me completely perplexed to the point that I have been gazing at my computer screen for about half an hour, just trying to figure out where to begin answering it.

1. Even after spending three years in a catholic school, participating in numerous church choirs, and yes, even religious groups such as the Youth for Christ, it wasn’t until recently that I was able to respond to this issue with thoughtful consideration and meditation.
2. In the area of Palestine, Jesus was born of a human mother, named Mary, and raised by her.
3. He was a simple man.
4. It has been claimed that Jesus was a descendant of David, the warrior-king of Israel, according to scriptures in the New Testament that were penned by his early supporters.
5. His birth was a routine affair in and of itself, despite reports of remarkable events occurring on the occasion of this momentous occasion.
6. At first glance, observers didn’t notice anything unusual about him.
7. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, he began to speak with knowledge and authority, with no prior warning.
8. It wasn’t long until the people of Nazareth kicked him out of their synagogue.
