It makes no difference whether you sin before or after you are born again, because there is no record of it anywhere, not even in God’s book.In other words, the blood of Jesus Christ works for you even before redemption, and it works even after salvation to grant complete remission of sins.He declared that a new testament, will, covenant, and order would be given to them, and that their crimes and transgressions would no longer be remembered.This is due to the fact that it has been fully erased (Hebrews 10:16-18).’If we confess our sins to one another, he is true and just to forgive us our sins, and to purify us from all unrighteousness,’ says the apostle John in 1 John 1:9 (NIV).

Forgiveness in this context refers to the act of removing and cleansing us from all righteousness.The misdeeds are entirely forgiven, and no records are retained of them.It is not a pardon; rather, it is a blotting out of the past, as if it never happened.And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not only for ours, but also for the sins of the entire world, according to the words of 1 John 2:1.That’s the end of it!

It works for us in the same way that it works for the rest of the world.
He is the object of our adoration.
And every time you read it, you’ll notice that the same term is being used.
Sin is not required for the Christian; you are not required to sin, but if you do, you will get remission, which is a full and total erasure from God’s record.

It is impossible for God to keep a record of your mistakes or blunders since the blood of Jesus has fully erased them from existence.

″For by one sacrifice he hath perfected for ever those who are sanctified,″ the Bible states in Hebrews 10:14.
Because of his one offering, he has perfected us for all time and there is no longer any need for sacrifice.

All honor and glory to God!Justification: the blood of Jesus makes justification possible.Through His blood, we are justified, pronounced not guilty by God, with no record of the past.It reads in Acts 13:38-39 that ″Be it known vnto you, therefore, men and brethren, that the forgiveness of sins is preached unto you through this man; and by him, all who believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.″ This Scripture should have included remission as well, but it says forgiveness instead.

Redemption: The blood of Jesus purchased our redemption, which is referred to as agorazo, which means ″buy.″ Because of the blood of Jesus, we have been purchased and offered as gifts to God.It is said in the book of Revelation 5:9 that ″and they chanted a new song, saying, Thou are deserving to take the book, and to break the seals thereof: for thou wasst killed, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every tribe, and language, and people, and country″ (Revelation 5:9).The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 6:20, ″For ye have been purchased with a price: therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.″ ″Take watch therefore unto yourself, and unto all the flock, over which the Holy Ghost hath appointed you overseers, to feed the Church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood,″ says Acts 20:28.The blood of Jesus provides us with access to the presence of God.Thank you, God, for granting us access!

We have access to the Father because of Christ’s sacrifice.
He is the path to follow.
By the blood of Jesus, we are granted access to the Most Holy Place.

In other words, every time you break that bread, recall the fresh and live method that Christ has made available to us, which He hallowed through the curtain of His flesh.
Ephesians 2:18: “For by him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father” According to John 14:6, ″Jesus says to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes unto the Father except through me.’″ Other biblical references include Acts 4:12 and Hebrews 10:19.
Friendship: We enjoy fellowship with God as a result of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

We’ve entered into a partnership with Him, a communion with Him, and a sharing of our lives with Him.
Because of the blood of Christ, we have been elevated to His level.
However, according to Ephesians 2:13-14, ″you who were were afar off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.″ For he is our peace, who has joined us together and torn down the middle wall of division that separated us;″ Additional Scripture References: Paul writes in Colossians 1:20 that We are cleansed from all wickedness by the blood of Jesus, who died on the cross for us.
Similarly, Hebrews 9:14 states: ″How much more will the blood of Christ, who gave himself up without stain to God through the everlasting Spirit, purify your conscience from dead deeds in order that you may serve the living God?″ ″If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to wash us from all unrighteousness,″ says 1 John 1:9, ″If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.″ The will: The will is given to us by the blood, which is the testament.
According to Hebrews 9:15-16 (NIV), Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who have been called may receive the promised eternal inheritance – now that he has died as a payment for their sins committed against God in violation of the first covenant.

The blood of animals sacrificed year after year, though it was effective in masking guilt for a time, was unable to totally remove sin.However, Jesus, who was without sin, took on the nature of sin in order to win eternal redemption for us via His precious blood.Because of the precious blood of Jesus Christ, there is no longer any memory of sin; we are new creations with no past, purchased as gifts for God and purchased as gifts for God.The following are some of the lessons learned from this study: The blood is the life of the flesh, and God provided the blood in order to atone for the sins of the people on the cross.

Atonement can be defined as appeasement, propitiation, restitution for transgression, or the satisfaction of the claims of justice, among other things.When Adam and Eve sinned, God slaughtered an animal, poured the blood to hide their guilt, and used the flesh of that animal to cover their nakedness.This was the first sacrifice for sin.

There is no other way to atone for one’s sins but via the shed blood of Christ.The burnt offering represented a devotion and acceptance of the sacrifice.Atonement was made for the people as a whole on the Great Day of Atonement, when the high priest presented sacrifices on their behalf.Jesus served as the Passover lamb for us.Jesus was offered up as a sacrifice for sin, and with His blood, He was received into the Most Holy Place in heaven, so obtaining eternal redemption for us on the cross.The resurrection of Christ, rather than the cross, marked the beginning of the actuality of the new creation in Christ.

The Precious Power of the Blood: Five Benefits Christ Purchased for You

There’s pow’r, pow’r, and wonder-working pow’r everywhere.
Invested with sacred blood from the Lamb When I hear these words, a flood of happy memories floods my head.
When I was younger, we used to sing them in church all the time, bouncing up and down on our toes.
Toe-bobbers were the most popular church tunes in the South.
My father, on the other hand, appeared to enjoy ″Power in the Blood″ the most.

I could tell he was going to sing a little louder than usual on this one, and I was going to do the same.I believe the entire congregation sang with greater fervor than normal, but I couldn’t hear them very well since the two of us were lifting our voices at the same time.Christians of different denominations and political persuasions accept that the blood of Jesus has real power.Word- and Spirit-shaped souls instinctively know this, but have you ever stopped to consider how they know it?Is it true that the magic blood exists?So, if there is power in his blood, how can we account for the reality that exists?

What Does the Blood Do?

From the Old Testament sacrificial system (and its blood) to the new covenant and Jesus’ once-for-all sacrifice, the New Testament letter to the Hebrews serves as a transitional text (Hebrews 9:7, 12).
Throughout the Bible, blood denotes life (for example, in Genesis 9:4), while the spilling or shedding of blood represents death (for example, in Genesis 9:5).
(Leviticus 17:11, 14; Deuteronomy 12:23).
Given that the fair punishment for human sin against God is death (Romans 6:23), the death of sanctioned animal sacrifices, via the offering of their blood, served to temporarily substitute for the demand of death on the part of sinners.
Despite this, the high priest was had to return year after year, ″repeatedly″ (Hebrews 9:7; 9:25), since ″it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to wipe away sins,″ as the Bible states (Hebrews 10:4).

The repeated animal sacrifices served only to postpone the inevitable, allowing God’s fullness of time to arrive.It is certain that there will be an ultimate retribution for sin.Christians, of course, believe and celebrate that the time has arrived for the reckoning to take place in Christ and under the parameters of a new covenant.It was Jesus’ willing ″offering himself″ (Hebrews 9:14) by ″once for all″ shedding ″his own blood″ (Hebrews 9:12) that brought the temporary covenant that came before (the old covenant) to its intended conclusion and inaugurating in its place a ″eternal covenant,″ (Hebrews 13:30), which we refer to as the new covenant.The book of Hebrews commemorates some of the specific blessings Christians have received as a result of Jesus’ blood (Hebrews 10:19; 13:12), but it is the apostle Paul, in particular, who commemorates the abundance of grace that has been extended to us as a result of Jesus’ blood.In a general sense, every divine favor that comes to us may be traced back to Jesus’ blood, but Paul makes the link explicit five times, each time mentioning both blood and a specific feature of what Christ has secured for us through his sacrifice.

Propitiation: To Remove God’s Righteous Wrath

According to Romans 3:25, Jesus is the one whom ″God presented as a propitiation via his blood, to be received by faith.″ Because God is righteous, the sins of his people constitute a significant impediment to his purposes.
He has chosen to love us out of compassion and grace, but he cannot put our transgressions, which are acts of cosmic treason against him, under the rug of the cosmos because they are acts of cosmic treason against him.
Consequently, he devises a solution to fulfill justice while also triumphing in mercy, all out of love.
It is God himself, in the form of his own Son, who takes on human flesh and blood and gives himself in the place of sinful people, accepting the rightful wrath of God and paying our punishment in his death, all for the sake of our salvation.
He then expiates his rightful anger, defends divine justice, and opens the floodgates of compassion by his blood, which represents the sacrificial sacrifice of his life in the place of those who deserve death (and who have ″accepted through faith″).

Justification: To Extend God’s Full Acceptance

″We have now been justified by his blood,″ according to Romans 5:9.
Justified is the lingua franca of the courtroom.
The prosecution and defense both make their case, and the judge or jury makes a decision: either the defendant is found to be innocent or guilty.
The defendant is either found guilty as charged or declared to be in good standing with the law — that is, justified — depending on the circumstances.
Those who are joined to Jesus by faith are justified in part as a result of Jesus’ sacrificial and substitutionary death, which is described in the Bible.

He gladly bled his own blood, not for his own crimes (which he did not have), but for ours (which he did not have).The shedding of his blood to atone for our sins made it possible for us to share in his righteousness by uniting us to him through trust in what he had accomplished.Our sinfulness would stay unchecked if it were not for his blood.″Righteous,″ his Father declared, but we were unable to stand with him at the final judgment and receive the same word as him.

Redemption: To Purchase Our True Freedom

″In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our sins,″ says Ephesians 1:7.
″In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses.″ To redeem implies to purchase someone’s freedom or to ensure the liberation of someone who is enslaved.
We were (and continue to be) held captive in spiritual captivity as a result of our misdeeds.
Our transgressions of God’s law imply we deserve his almighty, just vengeance.
But in Christ, through the spilling of his blood, which forgives our crimes before God, he purchased our release from justice and from the power of Satan.

“Having forgiven us all our transgressions, by erasing the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands” (Colossians 2:13–14), via his self-offering at the cross, Jesus “disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame” (Colossians 2:15).(Colossians 2:15).The main weapon the devils had against us was unforgiven sin, but when Jesus spilt his own blood in our place, to forgive our sins, he liberated us from captivity.He rescued us from Satan and the record of debt and legal demands against us.

Forgiveness: To Restore Our Best Relationship

These priceless topics, of course, are intertwined.
Even though we’ve already seen how important forgiveness is, Ephesians 2:13 brings the significance of forgiveness front and center: ″now in Christ Jesus you who were were afar off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.″ The repair of humanity’s relationship with the divine is at the heart of this ″coming close.″ On a personal level, it is the establishment in Christ of personal access to and a relationship with God that we, as sinners, could never have obtained on our own.
On a corporate level, it is the restoration in Christ of the connection with God for which we were created in the first place.
God has placed a barrier between us and him as a result of our sin and disobedience against him.
He drew near to his covenant people, whom he called Israel, as a result of his old-covenant mercy.

However, under the new covenant, he comes closer not to a certain ethnic group, but to everyone who believes in his Son and receives him in faith, no matter who they are or how far they have traveled.To be more specific, the statement ″drawn near by the blood of Christ″ speaks directly to the essence of what each of these heavenly gifts contained inside Jesus’ blood does for us: it takes us closer to God.One of the best summaries of everything we’ve seen thus far concerning the power of Jesus’ blood is found in 1 Peter 3:18, which reads as follows: In order for him to bring us to God, ″Christ suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, so he could bring us to God.″

Pacification: To Make Peace with God Himself

At long last, the God-centered purpose of the consequences of Jesus’ blood is verified in their ability to bring about peace between God and his people.
Colossians 1:19–20 explains that God reconciles his people to himself via Christ, ″creating peace through the blood of his cross.″ The fact that Jesus died on the cross had been implied in each of the previous instances, but now Paul makes it explicit.
It is ″the blood of his cross″ that brings about the reconciliation of God and man.
He made peace with a tool of purposeful and horrible torture and execution, and he accepted its consequences.
It was not by chance that Jesus shed his blood on the cross.

This was not a haphazard death.As tragic as it was, it was done on purpose and with full knowledge of the consequences.In spite of the fact that he was executed unjustly, his blood was shed on purpose upon the cross, both by sinful men and by the holy God-man himself.They took his life, and he sacrificed his life in return.This enabled Jesus to absorb the just anger of God, grant us full legal acceptance, purchase our genuine freedom, repair our most essential connection, and bring us into harmony with God himself in the process.Paul describes this as the means by which he was able to secure ″the church of God, which he won with his own blood,″ as he says elsewhere (Acts 20:28).

Precious Blood

Following the trial by blood in Paul’s letters, we begin to glimpse an ocean of grace in the last line of the classic chorus: ″We are surrounded by grace.″ When it comes to the precious blood of the Lamb, there is pow’r, pow’r, wonder-working pow’r.
Indeed, she is priceless.
The apostle Peter uses the word valuable in conjunction with Jesus’ blood when he says, ″You were ransomed from the useless ways inherited from your forebears, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot.″ (II Peter 1:18–19) 1 Peter 1:18–19 It is appropriate to sing of his blood and, in doing so, to commemorate all of the riches symbolized by his blood.
Adding precious in the final line is more than simply adding two more syllables to make the cadence fit with the song; it’s also a way of emphasizing the importance of the word.
We consider his blood to be extremely valuable.

It is inestimably priceless.Because Christ himself, as well as God himself manifested in him, is extremely valuable to us.We believe this is true because the blood of Christ, which is more precious than any other method, provides lasting relief from our deepest hurts and longings in God, not just momentarily, but finally and permanently.
