Jordan founded LGBT Communion and facilitates bible study gatherings every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in order to establish a welcome atmosphere for queer Christians in the community. I profess to be a Christian. It is a fundamental and key component of my self-identification. I completely appreciate that not everyone identifies in that manner, but I still believe and know that everyone is loved by God, regardless of their beliefs.

The truth is, loving your adversary is an important component of living a Christian life — loving those who have injured you, those whom you despise, those whom you find uncomfortable, and those that you do not agree with, among other things.

It is our responsibility to attempt to bridge the gap.

To be honest, I think the majority of folks understand what I’m getting at.

As Christians, our ultimate objective is to reach Heaven, and the more individuals we can assist in reaching that goal along the road, the better.
We should strive to be pure, trustworthy individuals who share love and lead others to Christ.
Nobody has the right to be nasty or discriminating because of their religious beliefs.
Far too frequently, I hear stories of people abandoning their religious beliefs because the church has wronged them.
I refuse to be a person that causes pain or ostracizes people just because of something that is a part of their identity, and I refuse to be that person.
I believe this is still true.
We should be talking with dignity and respect, which should be able to flow in both directions at the same time.

If we expect people to appreciate our decisions, we must set our hypocrisy aside and demonstrate the same respect to them.

Prior to passing judgment, take that log out of your own eye and just be a loving example of Christ to others around you instead.

As a result, Christians must put love first.

First and foremost, shine as a light for Jesus.

There are a plethora of other topics that I might have covered in this article, but I had to keep it simple and say the following: What do you think Jesus would do?

First and foremost, he would adore. I want to be the kind, welcoming example that encourages people to reconsider their views on religion. I encourage you, my Christian brothers and sisters, to do the same.

Casey Shultis is the person we’d like to introduce you to today. Instead of jumping right into specific questions regarding the business, Casey, why don’t you tell us a little bit more about yourself and your background? As a follower of Jesus, my journey has played an important role in the development of our brand and organization. I grew up in the church, and my religious beliefs were never really called into doubt. While in college, I was confronted with a variety of concerns ranging from existential to philosophical to ethical in nature.

Even though I came to God with a great deal of baggage and things that one would suppose required “fixing,” God met me with life-changing love that completely transformed my vision of who He truly is.
A buddy of mine saw that I was wearing a W.W.J.
bracelet and inquired as to what it represented.
His sole knowledge of “what Jesus would do” came from hate preachers who screamed horrific things at him on his way to class, and I was well aware of this.
I began to jumble my thoughts in my brain, and I had no idea what I was going to say in response.
I began to realize that, despite my upbringing in the church, I had no true understanding of what Jesus would accomplish.
Simply put, I inquired of God, “What would Jesus do?” and I had the impression that he had written “He would love first” on my heart.

Consequently, a small batch of the bracelets was produced by myself and a few of my friends with no aim of starting a business or devising a marketing plan.

After the news began to spread, we decided to post about it on Instagram.

We took things one step at a time because we had no idea how to go about starting a business.

And now, four years later, we are living proof that God can use anybody, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Now, let’s go a bit more into the tale – has it been a relatively straightforward journey overall, and if not, what have been the obstacles you’ve had to overcome?

We were only three of us when we originally began out.

Therefore, to say that we were really busy would be an understatement!

We were aware that we were dealing with something that God had a role in.

Even yet, we were prepared to wait for the fruits of our labors a little farther down the road.

With the addition of our close buddy Jared Chapple, we have been able to add another partner to our growing team.

We have discovered that being able to adapt, learn, and pivot when necessary is the name of the game in our industry!

A movement known as He Would Love First seeks to answer the question “What Would Jesus Do?” by putting love first.

Because we wanted to capture people’s attention and initiate conversation, we started with just a few bracelets that looked similar to the renowned WWJD bracelets.

Our hope is that these bracelets and apparel items will spark dialogues and serve as a means of representing Jesus to the rest of the world.

A Response to the Question “What Would Jesus Do?”

“What would Jesus do (W.W.J.D.)?” says the author. This is an issue that has been discussed in Christian culture for many years. When I was growing up, I didn’t believe anyone had ever given a definitive answer to this topic. It appeared to be something that people frequently assumed, but there was no action taken to support it. As a result of the “He Would Love First” campaign, all of that is no longer the case. I only recently became aware of this movement, and I can honestly state that it has revolutionized my everyday outlook, since it provides an answer to the W.W.J.D.

The purpose of “He Would Love First” is to “unmask Jesus to the world and to develop a culture of His expressed love all throughout the world,” according to the organization’s mission statement.
As Christians, we are supposed to walk in the footsteps of Jesus.
Even when dealing with tough individuals or battling to retain my sanity, putting others’ needs before my own has been my number one priority in my life.

It’s an intriguing contrast, especially considering that I just finished listening to Alistair Begg’s lecture on 1 Samuel 14 and the wiping out of the Amalekites. Jesus is returning to judge the world once more. Of course, we are constantly commanded to love first and foremost. The difficulty arises because the biblical notion of love is diametrically opposed to the present societal understanding of love. I realize it’s an overdone comparison, but would you be willing to watch someone walk down a precipice and allow them to continue to do so in your presence?

In today’s society, doing so is rapidly associated with being a bigot and a someone who is full of hatred.

My opinion is that attempting to communicate with the culture through these trite phrases is worthless because we are just on a completely different wavelength when it comes to even the most fundamental meanings of the terms we are using to communicate.
