No Matter Who Is President Jesus?

No Matter who is President, Jesus is Still King

  • Welp.
  • 2020 has proven to be no laughing matter.
  • COVID, riots, storms, and flames are all possibilities.
  • As if all of this wasn’t enough, we are now in the midst of one of the most irritating, aggravating, divisive, and anxiety-inducing election seasons in recent history.
  • At times, I’m ready to throw up the towel and give up all hope for the future of the United States and its people.

And all I want is to get out of this disaster…until I’m reminded of the importance of the wider picture. The larger narrative.Yes, the country appears to be more divided than it does ″unified.″ Yes, the moral framework of the United States has been entirely destroyed. That we cannot manage to find a respectable, honest, morally upright, and capable leader for our wonderful country is indeed a sad commentary on human nature.

  1. But, when I bemoan the status of the world, I’m reminded of one very crucial truth: Jesus is still the King of the universe.
  2. Whatever president is chosen, whatever path our society takes morally, whatever else 2020 throws at us – no matter what happens – Everything and nothing will change the reality that Jesus still reigns and that God is sovereign over every leader and every country, and it is in that truth, and in that truth alone, that we will find peace and rest.

God’s Ways are Higher

  • Jesus’ kingship and God’s sovereignty are both emphasized in the Bible, and we should take note.
  • We are reminded that God enables particular rulers and monarchs to govern in order to accomplish His ultimate objectives and to bring Him the most glory possible.
  • Are we to conclude, then, that God enables countries to suffer at the hands of barbarians, narcissists, or incompetent leaders?
  • Without a doubt.
  • Could it be that God is willing to enable a country to revolt against Him?

Yes, without a doubt. That doesn’t always imply that God is uninvolved or unloving, or that He has relinquished all control over His creation. In no way, shape, or form.We must keep in mind that we are insignificant. We are limited in number.

  1. We will never be able to perceive what He sees from His flawless, holy, and eternal perspective.
  2. In Isaiah 55:8-9, the LORD proclaims, ″For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your methods My ways.″ His ideas are not our ways, nor are our ways his thoughts.
  3. In the same way that the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts higher than your thoughts…″ Do we really, truly believe that?

Do we really, truly believe that?Let us not get conceited and believe that we know more than God.We just do not. We’re not going to do it.

King of Kings and Lord of Lords

  • Also, keep in mind that God is the one who installs ALL authority across the entire globe.
  • Because there is no authority but that which God has established, we are reminded by God’s Word that everyone must subject himself to the ruling powers.
  • God has placed in place the authorities that are now in place.
  • Scripture reference: Romans 13:1, italics mine Because the kingdom belongs to the LORD, and He is the one who governs over all the nations.
  • Psalm 22:28 (KJV) This name is engraved on his robe as well as on his thigh: he is known as the ″king of kings and the lord of lords.″ Revelation 19:16 is a verse in the Bible that says Moreover, let us keep in mind that, for His ultimate glory and perfect purposes, He occasionally installs corrupt or disgusting leaders and permits nations to collapse as a result of their own sin and rebellion.

His ultimate objective is for all people to repent and turn to God (2 Peter 3:9).Countries grow in power only to be destroyed; nations expand only to be led away by their own machinations.Job 12:23 (Job 12:23) The LORD’s wrath burned against Israel, and He declared, ″Because this nation has transgressed My covenant, which I commanded their fathers, and has not listened to My voice, I will no longer drive out before them any of the nations that Joshua left behind when he died, in order to test Israel by them, whether they will keep the way of the LORD and walk in it as their fathers did, or whether they will turn away from it and walk in their fathers’ ways.″ The emphasis is mine in Judges 2:20-23.

Government, a terrible god

  • If we expect on the government to address all of the issues in our world, it’s very simple to get complacent.
  • To end poverty, racism, war, immorality, and even pandemics, to provide for our basic necessities, Jesus is still King, regardless of who is in office as President.
  • in order to assist us in prospering.
  • But let us not lose sight of one of the most significant truths from the Bible: Leaders and countries are established only by King Jesus.
  • King Jesus is the only one who can provide peace, first in our hearts, then to others and to the entire universe.

King Jesus is the only one who is concerned about the needs of His people.King Jesus is the only one who can provide a solution to the moral problems that plague our planet.Let us not elevate government to the status of an idol.Let us not turn to the government to do what only Jesus was intended to accomplish.

God is both Sovereign AND Good

  • What exactly does all of this imply for us?
  • That no matter WHAT happens to the future of America, no matter WHO is elected President, no matter if we flourish or fail, Jesus remains the King of the universe.
  • Jesus is still seated on His throne in the presence of all people.
  • All of God’s plans will be accomplished, and His glory will be displayed.
  • For those who love Him, for those who have been called according to His purpose, He will work ALL things together for good in their lives (Romans 8:28).

Due to the fact that God is both sovereign and good, and that we place our confidence and trust in Him alone, Even in the midst of the turmoil that is 2020.

No Matter who is President, Jesus is Still King

To solve the moral ills that plague our world, we need only look to King Jesus.Don’t let the government become a god in our eyes!Don’t rely on the government to do what only Jesus is capable of accomplishing.

No Matter Who’s President Jesus is King (NEW GOSPEL TRACT)

  • Jesus is King, regardless of who is in office as President of the United States.
  • The following is printed on the reverse of the gospel tract: The President of the United States is a public person who has been elected to that position.
  • Through the Electoral College, he is indirectly chosen to the position of President by the American people.
  • He serves as the President of the United States and as the leader of the Executive Branch of the federal government.
  • He is the President of the United States and the Commander-in-Chief of the United States Armed Forces.

The president is eligible to serve two four-year terms in office. The president is one of the most powerful people on the face of the planet. While presidents come and go, there is only one Eternal King who reigns eternally.Jesus is his given name.He is not chosen by a majority of the people.

  1. No one has the authority to designate Jesus as ″Lord.″ The Eternal King is not enthroned by a mere mortal.
  2. He is the sole Sovereign who has the authority to rule over all people.
  3. You will one day bow your knees and recognize Him as your King, just as He has done for you.

The God-Man who will judge you along with God the Father in accordance with the Law He has written on your heart is this Jesus, the God-Man.You understand that it is wrong to lie, steal, use God’s name in vain, participate in sexual immorality, or harbor hatred for another human being since you were made in the image of God, and God is not a liar, thief, blasphemer, fornicator, adulterer, or murderer, as you may have learned in school.Because God is just, He must punish those who do wrong. He has decreed that the punishment for sin is eternal torment in hell.

God, on the other hand, has made it possible for you to be pronounced innocent and to accept His pardon. It is only through Jesus, the King of kings and Lord of lords, that you may be saved from the wrath of the Almighty God.God the Father sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to the earth to save us from our sin.He was and continues to be entirely God and totally man, yet he is and remains sinless. He willingly bled his innocent blood and died on the cross, therefore taking upon Himself the penalty you rightfully deserve for your transgressions against the Creator of the universe. When He resurrected from the dead three days later, He overcame sin and death for all time.

While God has given you time to repent and believe the gospel, take use of it.One Million Tracts has this gospel tract available for purchase. The following is something Ray Comfort informed me about producing and publishing gospel tracts: ″Tony, never publish a gospel tract that you aren’t planning on using yourself.″ The words of wisdom of an accomplished gospel tract writer who has published considerably fewer tracts than he has authored.I believe that this gospel tract will undoubtedly excite the interest of people on the streets, on college and university campuses, during political events, and in front of polling locations in the future.

  • In addition, I feel that the tract will be valuable outside of the political campaign season.
  • The Fourth of July, Presidents Day, and any other occasion the president is in the news for a big cause are all good examples of this.
  • What I admire the most about this tract (apart from the proclamation of Jesus as King and the gospel message, of course) is the substance of the front of the tract, which is direct and provocative in nature.
  • ″Jesus is King, no matter who is in the White House!″ Upon receiving this gospel tract, a person will quickly recognize the type of message they are getting, as well as the type of message they are rejecting.

It is also possible that the front of the tract will serve as an interesting transition into gospel dialogues. You can ask the individual to whom you’ve attempted to offer the tract something like this: ″Do you believe that the President of the United States of America or Jesus Christ has more influence in this world?″ When a person responds to the original inquiry, the first follow-up question that may be asked is simply: ″Why?″ In the same way that we hope all of the tracts we publish together will be valuable to you in your evangelistic efforts, Marv and I hope this one will be as well.ORDER YOURS RIGHT NOW!

  • I was having trouble deciding what to write about since, while I wanted to write about the election and the outcome, I really didn’t want to speak about either of the major parties or their respective candidates.
  • My own feelings about Trump and Hillary Clinton were mixed, so publishing a full-throated support piece for either of them was not something I felt comfortable doing.
  • However, after watching the election and witnessing the results (Congratulations, President Trump), my heart is heavy with sadness.
  • On my social media platforms, I see hate speech, name-calling, and news of fresh protests every time I go through them.
  • I see individuals getting into heated debates, criticizing one another for their political beliefs, and even rejecting friends and family members because of their political beliefs.

This does not, in any way, provide me happiness or peace of mind.My nation and the people who live in it do not inspire me to be proud of myself or of them.I’m heartbroken to see so much hatred in the world. In addition, while the president-elect may not be everyone’s favorite person, he is not the only one who has authority. We are worshiping someone who is immensely greater and far higher than we are.

  1. It has been planned before the beginning of time who will be the leader of our country by the One who is in charge of it.
  2. He has appointed every single leader who has risen to power in the United States up to this point, and he will continue to do so with every single leader who comes to office after Trump.
  3. He knows every single hair on your head, who you will marry, how many children you will have, and everything else about you.

He knows everything about you.He has established every single thing that exists under the sun, including the person who was recently elected as President.Let us, therefore, instead of waking up every single day in terror of what is to come, rest in the knowledge that Jesus has already won the victory.Given his ability to vanquish death on the cross, don’t you believe He understands what He’s doing in respect to the current presidential election?

I can assure you that he does, I guarantee you that.Even while I’m not overjoyed that Trump has been elected President, I’m also not dejected about it, since I understand where my hope resides and who it rests on in this situation. He’s known as the King who shakes the tombs.Ultimately, Jesus is the Saviour of the world.Let us join together in prayer for the salvation of the world.Let us hope that Jesus’ light may shine brightly through each and every one of us this year.

My friends, I’m telling you right now that the light of Jesus will not shine if all we do is spew hatred.I’m sorry to report that I’m worried about the future of our country and the people of America, but I remain optimistic despite my concerns.I am aware that my inner peace is a gift from the One who created peace and who freely distributes it to anybody who asks for it.However, although Donald Trump is President of the United States, Jesus Christ reigns as King of the universe.

  • That is where I find my ray of hope.

No Matter Who Is President Jesus Is King!

  • No matter who is in the White House, Jesus Is the Supreme Ruler!
  • By Members of the Editorial Staff This election is completely out of hand!
  • There has never been a presidential race that has exploded in such violence, division, and controversy as this one has in our nation’s history.
  • As you are already aware, the majority of Hollywood and the media have taken a side and publicly announced that you should pay attention to what they have to say.
  • You’ve probably seen sketches in which the candidates are mimicked.

You’ve heard them cited, and you’ve heard them misquoted.Meanwhile, the media and Hollywood have taken advantage of the political drama to further their own agendas, which has resulted in a series of scandals that have been exposed, ignored, or even manufactured. As you’ve witnessed throughout the course of Movieguide30-year ®’s mission, movies and television have the ability to change people’s hearts and minds around the world. The debate surrounding this election has been influenced by our moral, political and philosophical perspective, which has in turn been influenced by our worldview. This is why we do what we do in Hollywood, and it is also why we need your help to succeed.

  1. Leaving the future of our children and grandkids to the influence of Hollywood insiders is a dangerous gamble that should be avoided at all costs.
  2. That’s why we’re lobbying on your behalf in the entertainment industry.
  3. However, the election has progressed to the point where it is no longer under control; at the very least, it is no longer under our control.

We acknowledge that, while it is our responsibility to act, God is the one who provides and directs us.We want to announce that ″Jesus is King!″ regardless of who is president. Our confidence is not in any candidate; rather, it is in Jesus, who is powerful enough to save us.Thanks to your generosity, we can continue to make a positive influence on the entertainment industry for Christ, as well as on the moral values and decisions of our country.

No Matter Who Is President, Jesus is King

  • Did you realize that our President is a regular guy?
  • ″Just a man″ should not be interpreted in the sense of ″yes males, they can be such morons at times.″ Instead, interpret it as follows: ″He is NOT GOD in any way.
  • He’s simply a regular guy.″ However, despite the fact that this may sound like a no-brainer, so many of us are placing an unnecessarily heavy amount of duty on the backs of a couple of people who were made with the same relative bone structure as any of our own husbands, dads, and brothers.
  • Politics is not something I am interested in.
  • In fact, I had already made up my mind not to vote in this year’s election since both candidates make me feel uneasy, and I couldn’t bring myself to support any of them.

It was only yesterday morning, six days before the election, that I was able to rapidly register my husband and myself to vote online….just in case we have a change of heart. What I despise the most about politics is how it separates people who are typically peaceful with one another. This is particularly clear to me on Facebook, where I am eagerly awaiting the conclusion of the election season so that I may once again enjoy my friends’ company. We all have our own beliefs, which is perfectly OK; what bothers me, however, is how much trust people are placing in our future President.

  1. Did you know that no matter who wins the election for President next week, Jesus remains the undisputed ruler?
  2. He certainly is.
  3. He’s the ruler.

He’s the one in command.Everything that we believe we have complete control over is being allowed to take place-regardless of what we want them to happen. As a matter of fact, according to Romans 13:1, our leaders are appointed by God, thus our votes may not even be significant (gasp!).″No one can assert his or her independence from the ruling powers, because there is no authority other than that which God himself has created.

God has placed in place the authorities that are now in place.″ Romans 13:1 is a verse that says Not that this is an excuse for not voting—though I’m not going to argue that it is everyone’s Christian obligation to vote—because I’m not sure how I feel about it either. My knowledge is this: God’s rules and plan for us remain the same, no matter who or what laws are enacted in our tiny corner of the earth by the people we elect.Abortion? It is always the sin of murder, regardless of whether it is legal in the United States. It doesn’t matter how the infant was born into the world. There are never any justifications.

See also:  How Many Days Between Jesus Ascension And Pentecost?

Making abortion illegal will not prevent it from taking place in the future. What about health care?It does not matter who pays the doctor bills or whether or not one has the financial means to pay for medical treatment; God is the giver and taker of life and health; the healer and the one who chooses not to heal.Is it legal to marry a gay man?

  • God founded marriage as the very first human institution less than a week after the beginning of time.
  • One of the very first things he did was to combine a man and a woman in a covenant that would last for the rest of their lives on this planet.
  • Consequently, it makes no difference what gays want to do—any love or sexual relationship between anybody outside of God’s created bond of holy marriage under his authority is a sin.
  • No amount of legislation will be able to change this.

Although I don’t advocate for everyone to retreat to their homes and polish their heavenly haloes while the rest of the world burns in hell, I do believe that we have a responsibility to battle evil wherever it exists and to be a shining example of Jesus for everyone. One method to accomplish this is to participate in the process of influencing the way our nation is managed and the values that we allow it to stand for. While I am not advocating for us to devote so much emotional energy to ″fighting evil″ that we wind up battling our friends, neighbors, and fellow believers, I do believe that we should avoid doing so.No man will be able to save us from ourselves.

No legislation, no liberties, no lobbying, and certainly no ugly Facebook postings will help to improve our current condition.Jesus is the only one who has the ability to effect change in the areas in which we are most passionate.Imagine the real improvements that might occur in America if we invested the same amount of time, money, and emotion into preaching the truths of the Bible that we do into political politics!Just think of the possibilities!

No Matter Who is President, Jesus is King {2016 Edition}

  • I published an article titled, ″No matter who is President, Jesus is King″ around four years ago, and it has since gone viral.
  • Obama was running for re-election, and everything appeared to be going well for him.
  • My friends were losing their minds on social media, and my husband and I had a lot of worrisome talks about how things could possibly grow worse than they already were.
  • As many of you would agree, things did indeed become worse from there.
  • When I published that essay, homosexual marriage had not yet become a national phenomenon, and Planned Parenthood had not yet been exposed (and then disregarded) for the criminal activities that we are now aware of at the organization.

It had not yet been apparent to all of us how much ″Obamacare″ would effect us, and most of us were unaware of the depths the President was ready to go to in order to stomp on our Constitution. The majority of conservatives opted to vote for the lesser of two evils; nevertheless, others (such as me) elected to vote with their consciences and ″threw away their vote″ on a third-party candidate in the election. Now, we’re confronted with the very real potential that Donald Trump will be elected President of the United States.Normally, I’d advise you to take a moment to reflect on what you’ve just heard, but many of us have already tried and failed to do so.The Trump phenomenon has undoubtedly taken many of us completely by surprise, and we now have just a short period of time to recover from the shock of it all and take action.

  1. So my husband and I are back to talking about it, and we’ve come up with all of the answers.
  2. I mean, if the other three candidates would just rally around Cruz, we may be able to keep Trump out of the race.
  3. According to our calculations, this would completely resolve all of the world’s issues, and we’d all be living in full peace, harmony, and prosperity by this time next year, at the very least.

Christians, the truth is something we already know; all we need to do now is instill it deeply in our hearts and minds, as well as at the forefront of our thoughts. No matter who is in charge of the United States government, Jesus is the supreme authority. After watching footage of what the other conservatives had to say after the polls closed, I decided to watch one of Trump’s remarks from last night.Despite the fact that it lasted only a few minutes, something meaningful occurred to me during that time.

My thoughts wasn’t ridiculing him as I listened; I wasn’t sarcastically remarking or rolling my eyes; I wasn’t praying and begging God to somehow remove him from the race.As I listened, I realized that I wasn’t criticizing him in my mind (usually these prayers involve a hint of murder-just being honest).Instead, I was paying attention to what he was saying.I was starting to feel a sense of sympathy.I was beginning to accept this as a very serious possibility, and I discovered that I was becoming increasingly comfortable with it.God provided me with tranquility.

My previous self would have said that I was being affected by subliminal signals and had sold out to the enemy, but last night I came to the realization that Trump is not my adversary.Neither is Obama, for that matter, and this is where I come to a halt.Because I’m completely stumped for what to say next.I’m completely at a loss for what to do in this situation other than pray.

  • I’ve been reading 2 Chronicles 7:14, which states that ″if the people who are called by my name would humble themselves and pray,″ the Lord will hear their prayers.
  • That was done.
  • I understand that God appoints our leaders, according to Romans 13:1.
  • That’s something I understand.

However, here’s a fresh addition to my collection of election-year verses: Many are the plans that people have in their hearts, but it is the LORD’s purpose that is ultimately successful.19:21) (Proverbs 19:21) This is the serenity that God has given me during this difficult period in my life.Listen, we’re all aware that the hour of Jesus’ coming is rapidly approaching.According to the Bible, the world will be how it was at the time of Noah, in that what appears to be right will be regarded wrong and vice versa, and what appears to be right will be judged wrong.

That is precisely what we are witnessing today. One of these days, a ruler will rise to prominence, and he will be the last ungodly ruler to ever be allowed to hold the reins of authority. This is something that might happen this year.It might even be any of the present presidential contenders, to think of it.It’s possible that it’s someone we’ve never heard of.

  • It’s possible that it will be generations from now, but I doubt it.
  • The point is that it is going to take place.
  • We are powerless to stop God’s plan from unfolding any more than we are powerless to halt the wind and seas.
  • Our reaction should be one of serenity rather than fear.

So I’m going to let go of my soul and put my faith in Him.His name is still known by the seas and the wind.Everything is in working order.Associated with:
