Why Does Jesus Love Me

Why Does God Love Me?

“Love does not take pleasure in wickedness, but rejoices in the truth,” says the Bible. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 13:6 Do you ever wonder why Jesus cares so much about you? Because—insert iconic children’s song tune here—we all know that God loves us, don’t we? — According to the Bible, this is the case. If you need evidence, go no farther than John 3:16 and Romans 5:5. And we are well aware of God’s enormous love for us—see Romans 8:38-39 for a wonderful reminder of this reality. On a more serious note, don’t you ever feel as King David did when he composed the words of Psalm 8:3-4 (New Living Translation)?

God Loves Me

We surely don’t deserve God’s love, and He is under no need to love us either, according to the Bible. In fact, some individuals feel that God does not truly care about us. Instead, some believe that either He does not exist or that He is/was a Being who created everything and set everything in motion—then chose to withdraw and keep distance from us. In their minds, God (if He exists) is like some kind of cosmic Watcher who is intrigued by the events of planet Earth’s soap drama, but surely not a personal god who would bother to care about the ants that He made.

What is the reason for Jesus’ love for you and me?

That, at the very least, provides a credible explanation for the seemingly inconceivable love that God lavish on us on a consistent basis.

Take a listen to just a handful of the sound bites that Scripture has shared with us in this respect (all from the New Living Translation):

  • To those, however, who believed in him and accepted him, he granted the right to become children of God (John 1:12
  • Galatians 4:6)
  • And because we are God’s children, God has put the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, leading us to scream out, “Abba, Father”
  • We are God’s handiwork, after all. He has re-created us in Christ Jesus, enabling us to carry out the good works that he has planned for us from the beginning of time (Ephesians 2:10). You are a people who have been selected. You are royal priesthood, a holy people, and God’s very own property. (1 Peter 2:9)
  • And I am certain that God, who began the good work inside you, will carry it on until it is ultimately completed on the day of Christ Jesus’ return (Philippians 1:6)
  • And

It is important to understand that Christ’s love for you has very little to do with you and everything to do with Him. Not only a cosmic feeling of love, but a timeless truth about who He is and who you are as a result of your union with Him is what He represents. In the same way, God’s everlasting truth about you is not merely a cold, emotionless fact, but rather an eternal passion based on who He is and what He is doing with you as His creation. Simply said, God loves because He is the only one who knows the whole truth about Himself and what He is doing in us, and He delights in that knowledge.

He loves us not because he is forced to do so or because he feels obligated to continually create a feeling comparable to compassion. He loves us because he wants to. We are loved by God because He is the truth of who He is – the happy, timeless truth of His being.

Why Does God Love Us?

Dr. Woodrow Kroll’s video has been translated into English as follows: God doesn’t love me because He sees something attractive or lovable in me, quite the contrary. In reality, He most likely looks at me and doesn’t see anything to like about me. God loves me because God’s character is characterized by love and compassion. When I look at my children, I am filled with love for them. My grandchildren are my pride and joy. However, they do not always behave in a manner that I find pleasing. If I love them, it is because I have made the decision to love them.

  • In fact, it is quite the opposite.
  • There isn’t a single person on the planet who does not sin.
  • In a world where God is love and I am unlovely, I cannot claim that He loves me because of what is in my heart.
  • As a result, God loves me because it is in God’s character to love.
  • He wants us to receive His love as a group, not as individuals.

Does Jesus love me?

QuestionAnswer Many people have questioned whether or not Jesus truly loves them. The Bible is unequivocal in its assertion that, no matter what we have done, Jesus still loves us. If we trust in Him, He promises to forgive us of whatever wrongs we have done and to provide us everlasting life. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whomever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life,” says the Bible (John 3:16). God’s love for us is demonstrated in this way: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us, as the Bible states in Romans 5:8.

This incredible gift is made possible by God’s astounding grace toward us, as stated in Ephesians 2:8–9: “It is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is a gift from God—not by works, so that no one may take credit for your salvation.” We don’t have to earn His love; we simply accept it when He offers it to us.

  1. Jesus, on the other hand, is unlike any other individual because He is God manifested in human form (John 1:14).
  2. An further reason why it may be difficult for you to accept the fact that Jesus loves you is because anything you have done in the past may be causing you concern.
  3. His final hours on the cross serve as a beautiful illustration of His love for humanity.
  4. “Jesus, please keep my name in mind when you come into your kingdom,” he pleaded, turning to face Jesus.
  5. He was referring to his future presence with Jesus in heaven.
  6. When we question ourselves, “How much does Jesus love me?” we simply have to look to the cross to get the answer.
  7. He sacrificed His life in order to offer you fresh life.
  8. However, you can answer with a prayer that is similar to this: “Dear God, I recognize that I am a sinner and that I will never be able to earn my way into paradise by my own efforts.” Today, I confess that Jesus Christ is God’s Son, who rose from the grave in order to provide me eternal life.
  9. Please forgive me for my sins and assist me in living my life in your service.

How much does Jesus love me? How does God see me?

Have you ever pondered the question, “How much does Jesus love me?” Have you ever considered the answer to this question? Many of us are in relationships and frequently worry how much our wives, husbands, or children love us and our children. Isn’t it true that when others adore us, we feel joyful and overjoyed? In our lives, love is the most crucial aspect of who we are. When we are in a committed relationship with someone who genuinely cares about us, we feel lucky and whole. So here’s the question: How much does Jesus care about me?

  1. The human intellect is incapable of comprehending the entire extent of God’s love.
  2. What is the extent of God’s love for me?
  3. It implies that you are willing to give up everything about yourself, even your own life, for someone else.
  4. God the Father sacrificed everything in order to save us.
  5. This is a beautiful example of love.
  6. Would you be willing to offer your life to save someone who has spent their entire life sinning against you and doing things to cause you pain and suffering?
  7. He gave up all he had, including his own Father, and came down to earth to suffer a horrendous death in order to free you and me from our sins.
  8. Has the idea of how much Jesus must have endured to redeem you from your sins ever occurred to you during the annual Good Friday observance of your church?
  9. It represents God’s complete and total declaration of love for you.

Few Bible verses on God’s love.

Love is gentle and patient, and it is patient with you. It is not envious, it is not boastful, and it is not arrogant. Nothing about it is harsh or self-seeking; it is not readily irritated; and it does not keep track of wrongs committed. Love does not take pleasure in wickedness, but rather takes pleasure in the truth. It always defends, trusts, hopes, and perseveres whatever the circumstances. Love is a force that cannot be defeated. Faith, hope, and love are the only three things that remain.

  • 1 Corinthians 13:4-13 is a passage from the Bible.
  • Romans 5:8 is a Bible verse that explains how to be a Christian.
  • This is love, not in the sense that we have loved God, but in the sense that he has loved us and sent his Son to be the sacrifice for our sins.
  • 1 John 4:9-11 (KJV) He created him to be sin who had no knowledge of sin for our sake, so that in him we could become the righteousness of God.

Jesus has a special affection for you. Do you have feelings for him? Would you be willing to give up all you have in your life, die to the world, and follow him if you could? I came saw this amazing video titled “Father’s love letter.”

How does God see me?

We must keep one fundamental reality in mind throughout our discussion: God sees me as an individual, in my personal relationship with Himself, but He also sees me as a group, in our interactions with one another, and as a whole, in our relationship with Himself. In order to help us grasp His intentions, God has utilized metaphors of things we are familiar with from everyday life throughout history, things we are familiar with and understand, to help us understand His intentions. For starters, there are the numerous parables that Jesus told, in which he frequently stated: “The kingdom of heaven is like.” A prodigal son, an opportunistic farmer who sows, a shepherd caring for his sheep, wedding guests, and more such tales would be told by him after that.

In a father-child connection, there is first and foremost the father: he is the one who created the kid; he is the one who has authority; he is the one who leads; he is the one who educates; he is the one who loves his child; he guides, instructs, and even disciplines his child when necessary.

  1. The issue arises: do I exhibit the characteristics of a God-begotten kid in my life?
  2. In the same way, those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God, according to Romans 8:14.
  3. Matthew 5:9 – Blessed are those who bring about peace!
  4. (Do you think I’m a peacemaker?
  5. Do I exhibit the characteristics of a peacemaker?) Gal.3:26 – For you have been adopted as God’s children through your faith in Jesus Christ.
  6. Gal 5:24 – But those who belong to Christ have crucified their body with all of its desires and lusts, so that they may serve the Lord.
  7. 1 3:1 – John 3:1 – Behold, what a wonderful gift the Father has given us, that we should be referred to as God’s own children.

What is it that God expects from us?

(Do I follow His commands in my daily life?) Ephesians 5:1-2 – As God’s beloved children, therefore, be disciples of God.

God considers us to be His bride.

The ring represents all of the promises he has made to his wife, as well as his commitment to keeping all of those commitments, as well as his loyalty and unwavering love for her.

Every believer individually, as well as the entire church of God as a whole, has now been designated as His wife, to whom He has irrevocably pledged himself.

According to what we have learned thus far, God has always used metaphors to communicate His intentions throughout history.

God gave us the symbol of baptism in the same way as a bridegroom gives his bride a ring as a proof of his vows.

Have you ever wondered why Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist?

Rom 9:20-21 – Who are you to respond in a way that is contrary to God?

God considers us to be members of His flock.

The Good Shepherd gives His life for the sake of the sheep.:4 And when he sends forth his own flock, he goes ahead of them, and the flock follows behind him.

And I am willing to give my life for the sheep.

God sees us as His Disciples A disciple of Jesus must crucify his lusts and passions that are not according to God’s will.

God sees us as His Body Remember: God sees us not only as individuals but also as a tightly knit unit.

1Co 12:27 – And you are the body of Christ and members in part.:21 And the eye cannot say to the hand, I have no need of you; nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.:7 But to each one is given the showing forth of the Spirit to our profit, for our common good.

The different parts of a body fit each other and make up a unit.

Let us remember the small boy’s lunch consisting of 5 little loaves and 2 fish (Joh.6:5-13) (Joh.6:5-13).

Just think of what Jesus can do with your talent(s), no matter how small or insignificant it may be, to reach His goals through you!

His body on earth through whom He wants to do His work, with whatever talents He gave us; His children for whom He would care, love and lead; His bride who must honour and be faithful to Him; His disciples to follow Him.

Or rather: How do we treat Him?

Are we faithful to Him like a bride should be?

Do we give ourselves to Him even as He gave His life for us?

Does Jesus love me?

To be sure, the Bible makes it quite plain that Jesus cares for us. No matter what we have done, if we trust in Him, He will grant us with eternal life at no cost to us. The Bible says, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whomever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16). When God sent Jesus Christ, His own Son, to be the propitiation for our sins before we were even born, He demonstrated His love for us: “but God demonstrates his love for us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8).

  1. It is a free gift made possible by His generosity, and it is offered to us.
  2. We have become accustomed to people letting us down in this broken world.
  3. People will let us down, but Jesus will never let us down.
  4. He created us, maintains us, and provides us the opportunity to have eternal life.
  5. We are well aware of all of the faults we have committed, and it is difficult for us to believe that Jesus could love us.
  6. Even when He was dying on the cross, Jesus demonstrated compassion by saving a criminal who was being executed on the same cross as Him.
  7. And he told him, ‘Truly, I tell to you, today you will be with me in paradise,’ and he believed him.” The Bible says (Luke 23:42–43).

Jesus cares about you so much that He sacrificed His life so that you may be born again and inherit His immortal life.

“If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved,” according to the Bible (Romans 10:9).

You do not have to pray it exactly as it is written above, but it is a good starting point: “Dear God, I admit that I am a sinner and that I need your forgiveness.

Today, I have decided to place my trust in Jesus Christ.

I’m asking you today to pardon me for my transgressions.

Thank you for embracing me as your kid and for providing me the gift of everlasting life.

Does Jesus Love Me?

The Liquid Church will be held on August 18, 2020. To be honest, it’s sometimes lot simpler to recognize the love that other people have for you than it is to realize the love that God has for you. Why? Because you can physically see them and the way they communicate affection, it’s easier to understand them. In contrast, when it comes to God, it might be difficult to comprehend the depths to which He feels love for you. After all, none of us will ever be able to see Him in person on this side of Heaven.

  • To explain further, throughout the Bible, God is shown not just as an all-powerful and eternally righteous God, but also as a God who is genuinely compassionate toward people whom He has created.
  • so much so that He even permitted His Son, Jesus Christ, to come into this world in order to bring about a restoration of the connection between mankind and God.
  • Now, before we get any farther into the specifics of how Jesus loves us, let us first define what biblical love is not.
  • It is not envious, it is not boastful, and it is not arrogant.
  • Love does not take pleasure in wickedness, but rather takes pleasure in the truth.
  • There are many different types of love to choose from.
  • When someone mentions the term “love,” we tend to link it with everything from dating to sexual encounters.

According to the verse above, biblical love is simply putting the needs of others before of one’s own.

The good news of the Gospel, on the other hand, is that God precisely exemplifies the meaning of these four passages.

Consequently, it might be said that God is love itself (1 John 4:8).

In the same way that a parent has compassion on his children, so does the Lord have mercy on people who are afraid of him.

It is a highly intimate depiction of God as the perfect Father because it reveals how far He would go to ensure our safety and security.

Instead of a father, this Bible tale tells the account of a loyal husband who soothes and values his wife, which is also supposed to be a metaphor for God’s devoted love for the people of Israel.

Nonetheless, “God shows his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died on the cross for us.” -Romans 5:8 (NASB) However, love is more than just an emotion.

and God demonstrates this from the very beginning of the Scriptures.

God’s immense love for Israel resulted in their freedom from slavery in Egypt – not because they deserved it, but because they were His chosen people (Exodus 12-14).

Throughout each situation, God’s acts toward His people are motivated solely by love and compassion.

“‘There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends,'” says Shakespeare.

He died for us because He believed us to be friends who were worthy of his sacrifice (John 15:15).

and he continues to demonstrate it today, even though we do not see it in the same way that we perceive the love of our friends and family.

The Three Greatest Reasons Christ Loves You

The book of Acts teaches that if a preacher only had one sermon to present to unbelievers, he or she would most likely choose a message that followed the pattern of the Apostles. But what happens when you’re given the opportunity to communicate only one message to individuals who are Christians? Naturally, there is a great deal more freedom in this place. Most of the time, when I’m in a circumstance where I’m likely to never see the Christians I’m speaking to again this side of eternity, I speak to them about realities that are very important to Christians, such as Christ’s love for his wife (Eph.

  1. Because of their theology, the Puritans have received a poor name from time to time, particularly in the subject of certainty of salvation.
  2. No other Continental writer has ever completely captured the depth of Christ’s love for me in the manner that Goodwin did when I first read his essay on the love of Christ in heaven for sinners on earth in The Heart of Christ in Heaven.
  3. It’s true that I was given the opportunity to speak about the love of Christ for his wife in Brazil recently, when I was invited to lead an impromptu bible study one evening.
  4. What can you do to be certain of his feelings for you?
  5. 1.The command given by the Father to the Son.
  6. 6:37-40; Jn.
  7. By loving sinners, Jesus maintains his position in the Father’s affection.

Christ’s failure to love us would be a failure to love his Father, as well as a failure to love himself.

“Do you love me?” Christ inquires three times of Peter’s response.

Consider the Father approaching the Son and asking, “Do you love me?” “Yes, Father, you are aware of my affection for you.” “Die for my sheep, love my sheep, and nurture my sheep,” the father says.

The expression of Christ’s love for his Father can bring him no greater joy than any other thing.

2.The influence of the Holy Spirit on the Son.

3:34).

Following his ascension into heaven, Christ received a new outpouring of the Holy Spirit to the highest extent imaginable for a human being at the time (Acts 2:33; Ps.

Taking on the role of a compassionate high priest who is elevated in the heavens, the Holy Spirit generates grace and mercy in Christ in a way that even surpasses his grace and mercy on the ground.

5:22), is even more patient than he was on earth.

16:7) is partially explained by the fact that “your very faults drive him more to pity than anger,” as Thomas Goodwin put it.

Because of his exaltation to the throne of glory, Christ is more patient, kind, and gracious toward sinners on earth than he was while he was in his condition of humiliation.

As Christ rescues and blesses his people, he is also receiving the benefits of his efforts on behalf of those who are lost.

Christ is devoted to his wife in the manner of a decent husband.

He who loves his wife is also in love with himself.

5:28-30).

His affection for me is certain because I am his property, and he would have to loathe himself before he could harbor ill will toward anybody else.

I know that Jesus loves me because the Bible tells me the following: 1) In order to communicate his love for his Father, Jesus must love sinners as well as saints.

In addition, Jesus will love me because he is a wonderful spouse, which means that by loving me more, he is also loving himself more.

They are God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.

Just how many of these grounds for Christ’s love for us have anything to do with the actions of our own hearts?

Those who profess to stress grace in their preaching and teaching have a peculiar theology that does not necessarily do a good job of communicating the rich theology of grace contained in the Scriptures.

Personally, I’m relieved that the three most important reasons Christ loves me are not based on my own credentials, but rather are dependent on the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Does Jesus love me?

Here’s the answer: He does, in fact! A lot of people worry if Jesus has any feelings for them. However, no matter who poses the question, the answer is always the same: “Yes!” “God loves the world so much,” the Bible states in John 3:16, according to the New International Version. It does not state that God only loves pleasant people or that God only loves brilliant people; rather, it states that God loves the entire universe! He created each and every one of us, and He believes that each and every one of us is precious and distinct.

  • Unfortunately, the first humans God created disobeyed God and introduced sin into the lives of each and every individual who was born after them, including themselves.
  • God, on the other hand, loves us too much to abandon his connection with us!
  • (Romans 5:8).
  • According to the Bible, “Believe in the Lord Jesus as your Savior.
  • Because of this, God sees Jesus’ perfection rather than our sin, and we are allowed to have a relationship with Him once more.
  • We may see the solution in the fact that Jesus decided to die on the cross for our sins.
  • However, He was willing to come to earth, live as a man, and die on a cross in order to pay the penalty for our sins.

That’s what I call love!

However, you can answer with a prayer similar to this one: “Dear God, I recognize that I am a sinner and that I will never be able to achieve paradise on my own.

Please forgive me for my sins and assist me in living my life in your service.

I appreciate all you have done for me.” If you placed your faith in Jesus as your Savior as a result of reading this article, please click on the “I placed my faith in Jesus today” button located below.

Anyone who believes in him will not perish but will have eternal life, according to the Bible ” (John 3:16).

“What exactly is love? It was not because we adored God. It is because he cared for us and sent his Son to die in our place to atone for our sins ” (1 John 4:10). “As a result, we are confident in God’s love for us. We are reliant on it ” (1 John 4:16a).

5 Ways Jesus Said “I Love You” with His Life

“I Love You” was expressed through Jesus’ life, as he showed up for everyone of us and provided us with hope in the midst of our chaotic existence. He ascended from His throne in order to free us from our sad selves on this planet. It is only through His life and presence in our hearts that we may come to understand and love ourselves and one another. Sadness permeates our society today, particularly among people who have never experienced true love. We learn from Jesus’ example that love is more than simply words, and that we may demonstrate this to others.

  • “Love is patient, love is gentle,” says the poet.
  • In addition, it does not defame others, pursue its own interests, becomes easily agitated, or keeps a record of wrongs committed.
  • “It always defends, always believes, always hopes, and always perseveres,” says the author.
  • It’s the type of love that motivates us to take action.
  • Jesus was under no need to love us.
  • Jesus is the embodiment of love.
  • He mingled and conversed with sinners just like us.
  • Besides being an excellent human being, He is the light of the world, and He has provided a means for all of us to spend eternity with Him in Heaven.
  • Because Jesus is the only way to enter the Kingdom of Heaven, He has prepared a particular space for us.
  • He longs for everyone of us to come to Him in humility and commit our life to Him.

Jesus says “I love you” by inviting us to be with Him forever

Jesus demonstrates His love for us by inviting us to His heavenly home and welcoming us there. When we turn to Jesus in repentance, he welcomes us with open arms. He is patiently waiting for us to come to him with a surrendered heart and a determination to improve our lives. He never gives up on us, no matter how difficult the situation appears to be. Jesus taught us the narrative of the Prodigal Son (Luke 15:11-32) which is a story of unconditional love. Even though we have all been prodigals who have wandered off the path, He tells us that we are unconditionally loved by Him.

Jesus longs for us to accept Him into our hearts and share in the celebration of everlasting life that He has promised us. He has a special space set apart for you and me. He accepts us back into his arms no matter what we have done wrong. Photograph courtesy of Pixabay/geralt

Jesus says “I love you” by caring for us

Jesus keeps a close eye on us at all times. When one of us becomes disoriented, He goes out of his way to locate us and bring us back into the fold. He defends us in the same way that a shepherd defends his flock from wolves. David’s psalm about the Good Shepherd serves as a wonderful illustration of how much Jesus cares for us. “I have everything because the Lord is my shepherd. He brings my spirit back to life by making me lie down in lush meadows and leading me to still rivers. I am guided down the correct roads by him for the sake of his name.

  1. Before me, in the midst of my adversaries, you arrange a table for me.
  2. Without a doubt, your goodness and love will accompany me for the rest of my life, and I will continue to reside in the home of the Lord forever.” Psalm 23 is a song of praise.
  3. As the good Shepherd, he makes certain that no one escapes from His protection.
  4. He removes the hook from His rod and uses it to yank his wayward sheep back into line.
  5. He is there to look after them throughout the long, dark evenings and to keep them safe from the storms.
  6. The Lord waits patiently for us to lift our eyes to Him and extend our hands to Him.

Jesus says “I love you” by spending time with people

Jesus spent time with sinners and the ill, as well as with those who were not well. Nobody else would dare to get near to the people he ate and drank with on a daily basis. In times of persecution, we may take comfort in the fact that we have a Good Shepherd who cares for us! Those who are brokenhearted and unwell will find healing through His love. Jesus demonstrated His compassion for the poor, widows, and orphans throughout His life by paying visits to them. Jesus spent His life with a specific goal in mind, and that aim was to help everyone.

In order to instruct and encourage His followers, Jesus spent a lot of time with them.

Jesus says “I love you” by changing our hearts

When Jesus went, He promised His disciples that they would not be left alone in the world. He saw that they would miss Him and assured them that the comfort of the Holy Spirit would be with them. Jesus says “I love you” by dying on the cross

There is a lot of sadness in life. Jesus came to give us reason to be hopeful. His message is that this is not our home, and that we have no place in this environment. In our pain, we all want for a better place, and by growing closer to God, we may make our sorrow less acute and last longer. We have all sinned in some way. Shame and shame keep us trapped in the abyss of self-pity. We were given new life when Jesus resurrected from the dead and took our sins with Him. We have the freedom to live at peace with ourselves, to modify the way we go about our business, and to refuse to return to our former habits.

  • The tale of Jesus dying on the cross for our sins is the greatest love story that has ever been recounted.
  • Jesus came to demonstrate to us that He seeks a relationship with us.
  • He bore our sin and shame on the cross, and he continues to supply us with grace, compassion, and do-overs on a daily basis!
  • He desires for us to be able to sense and experience this type of love.
  • Today, we have the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
  • Missionaries, evangelists, teachers, pastors, parents, friends, siblings, and intercessors are all examples of Jesus in our lives.
  • Spiritual gifts have been bestowed onto each of us.

8 Biblical Reasons Why Does God Love Us

Photo courtesy of jeffjacobs1990 Some persons who have experienced the loss of a loved one, whether via death or separation, take comfort in the knowledge that God loves them. It is their belief that their values will not alter regardless of whether other people love them or not because the Lord deems them precious. On the other side, there are others who believe that they are so evil that God can no longer love them or accept them. Is this statement true in any way? To tell the truth, God’s love for humanity is not contingent on our actions, our ability to act, or our material possessions.

It is the Lord’s love for us that is continuous and unwavering.

Allow the Bible to inform you as to why.

1. Love is God’s nature.

“God is love,” says the author. “Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God lives in him,” says the Bible. (4:16; 1 John 4:16) Given that love is inherent in God’s essence, it is only natural for Him to love. As a result, He loves us, humans, despite the fact that we are sinners and have been disloyal to Him. He may get enraged for a period of time as a result of our crimes, but He is always ready to forgive and offer us another opportunity.

Furthermore, people who believe in Him and follow Him are required to demonstrate the same characteristics as they do so. It follows that Bible-believing Christians must likewise love those who are in our immediate vicinity.

2. We are His creations.

“God is love,” says the prophet. Everyone who is devoted to God and to one another is a part of God’s family. In 1 John 4:16, the Bible says God’s love is instinctive, as it is part of His being. Therefore, even though we are sinners and disloyal to Him, He loves us, the human race. Our sins may cause Him to get furious for a period of time, but He is always willing to forgive and offer us a second opportunity. Furthermore, people who believe in Him and follow Him are supposed to demonstrate the same characteristics as they do so themselves.

3. He made us in His image.

“Thus God made humans in his own image, in God’s likeness, and in God’s likeness he created them; he created them male and female.” (1:27) (Genesis 1:27) One of the most humbling things that we should be aware of is that God made us in His image and in His likeness. In other words, when we gaze in the mirror, we might get a sense of how God appears to be looking at us. Except for the fact that we have a physical body, every aspect of our existence is a reflection of God’s. Considering that the Lord created us to look like Him, it is possible that He decided to love us even before mankind was created.

4. God mindfully and intentionally created each one.

“Because you made my inmost being; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb,” I said. It is because I am fearfully and wonderfully formed that I give you thanks; your works are marvelous, and I am completely aware of this.” (Psalm 139:13-14; 139:15) These verses should convince anyone who doubts God’s love for them and believes He doesn’t care about them at all that God does care about them. It is possible that the Lord knows everything about each individual since He personally made them by “knitting them together in their mothers’ wombs.” We, as humans, are extremely complicated beings.

Everyone has their own personality.

Ideas and focus would be required to mix many physical aspects, personalities, and other characteristics in order to make a single magnificent individual.

5. His love is unconditional.

“On the contrary, through him who loved us, we are more than conquerors in all of these things.” As a result, I am confident that neither death nor life, nor angels or kings, nor the things that are now or that will be in the future, nor powers, nor heights nor depths, nor anything else in all of creation will be able to separate us from God’s love in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (See Romans 8:37-39 for more information.) If there is nothing that can separate us from God’s love, it indicates that He has made up His mind about it.

And his decision to love us is not dependent on anything that we do.

Unconditional love is not motivated by any particular purpose. It is based on the willingness of the other person to put up with someone’s imperfections no matter what. The same can be said for God’s love for each of us. Even when we do not deserve it, his love for us continues. Photo bygeralt

6. God’s only begotten Son died to redeem us.

God’s love for us was made apparent in this way: God sent his only Son into the world in order that we can live through him. ” In this is love, not in the sense that we have loved God, but in the sense that he has loved us and sent his Son to be the sacrifice for our sins.” The Bible says (1 John 4:9-10). God paid the cost for our sins by sacrificing His only born Son, Jesus Christ, who died on the cross in order to atone for them. If He loved us even before this sacrifice, while we were still sinners (Romans 5:8), imagine how much more He will love us after our redemption.

Furthermore, Christ is our representative before the Father.

7. We are His adoptive children.

“Through Jesus Christ, he predestined us to be adopted as his sons in conformity with his pleasure and desire. ” (See also Ephesians 1:5) As soon as we confessed our faith in Christ Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we were accepted as God’s adopted children. We have become a part of the particular family He has selected for Himself—the descendants of Abraham—because of our faith. For a long time, God’s promise of redemption was only available to Israel because of God’s covenant with Abraham. However, because of their obstinacy and refusal to recognize Jesus Christ as their King, God extended the offer to redemption to the rest of the world as a result of their actions.

What He is looking for is their confidence in Him and their readiness to follow His directives.

8. The Lord is merciful.

And because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, God, being rich in compassion, made us alive with Christ—by grace you have been saved—” Ephesians 2:4-5 is a passage that states that God’s kindness is another another cause for his love for us. Because He is gracious, He chooses to treat us with grace rather than punishing us for our wickedness and sin. This is precisely why He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die on our behalf. Knowing that if we paid for our own crimes, we would have no other shot at life because the cost for sin is eternal death, Jesus sacrificed himself to save us (Romans 6:23).

Because we continue to sin, we will never be able to achieve righteousness in His eyes via our own efforts.

That is why we must maintain our humility.

Our Part

So, now that it is evident that God’s love is not contingent on our actions, what is our role in our connection with Him and how should we go about it? Simple.

As His creatures and children, we have a responsibility to follow His commandments. That is also evidence of our affection for Him. As stated in 1 John 5:3, “For this is God’s love for us, that we fulfill His commands.” “And His commandments are not onerous to follow.” Articles that are related:
