Does God care what I think about Jesus?

It’s because we’re experiencing an issue. Every step of the way goes back to the time when our ancient forefather Adam, the first man and father of us all, was granted permission by God to eat from any tree in Eden, except for the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, which was forbidden because “in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die” (Gen. 2:17). According to Genesis 3:15, God revealed that He had a plan to save humans and all of creation from the consequences of sin, which would include death. For us, God’s plan to redeem us via the person known as the Messiah and Savior is revealed in the Scriptures.

Animal sacrifices, which were necessary on a yearly basis, were insufficient to completely atone for our sins. Who Is Jesus to You?

The beginning of Holy Week is marked by a great surge of bewilderment and a changing of allegiances to Jesus. A few days later, the vast and admiring throngs on Palm Sunday give place to the crowds who are calling for His execution. There are many different perspectives on who Jesus is now; nonetheless, the most crucial issue is: who is Jesus to you personally? Our response to that question will be remembered for all time.

Who Am I to You?

According to Matthew’s Gospel, Jesus takes a poll of His followers and inquires of them about precisely this issue. A couple loaves of bread and a few pieces of fish had just been served to the 4,000 people (after earlier serving the 5,000). The Pharisees and Sadducees then attempted to put Jesus to the test by obstinately demanding that He perform another sign for them. Jesus next moves from the mostly Jewish region of Galilee to the lovely and serene region of Caesarea Philippi, where he spends the rest of his time.

Who Do You Say I Am Scripture

When Jesus arrived in the region, he determined it was time to confront the disciples with the truth about His actual character. They knew Him as a kind and kind guy who was also an exceptional teacher, and they were aware of His capacity to cure and perform miracles. As a starting point, he inquires as to who they believe He is. “Some believe it is John the Baptist, some believe it is Elijah, and yet others believe it is Jeremiah or one of the prophets,” they responded. Matthew 16:14 (New International Version).

That isn’t all that unlike from the beliefs of Jesus in the present day.

Some believe He was a decent, moral teacher, while others believe He was a smart man endowed with supernatural talents.

It is Jesus who says that He is God, that He is the source of forgiveness of sins, and that He is the only road to eternal life.

For some people (both then and now), that is a significant stretch. As soon as Jesus has finished listening to the disciples’ responses, He confidently asks them the crucial question: “But what about you?” He inquired. “Can you tell me who you think I am?” v15.

You are the Christ, the Son of the Living God

“You are the Christ, the Son of the living God,” Peter responds on behalf of the entire group of disciples. v16. This was the watershed moment that Jesus had been looking forward to. Initially, the disciples followed Jesus as students, believing that He would prove to be the long-awaited Messiah. However, in this passage, Peter not only proclaims Him to be Messiah (also known as “Christ” or “anointed one”), but also to be the Son of the living God. They had received a revelation of Jesus’ divinity by the Holy Spirit, despite the fact that they did not completely comprehend His purpose.

God’s Son

In His loud affirmation, God the Father makes it known that He has done so.

John Baptizes Jesus

“As Jesus was rising up out of the water, he saw heaven being ripped open and the Spirit descending on Him like a dove,” the Bible states. ‘You are my Son, whom I love; I am happy with you,’ said a voice from the throne of God. Mark 1:10-11 (New International Version). Not only was this a visual demonstration of the Trinity, but everyone could hear the voice of God the Father addressing Jesus as His loving Son.

Jesus is Transfigured

It was in that location that He was transfigured in front of them. His garments became brilliant white, whiter than any other person on the face of the planet could possibly bleach them. When a cloud formed and surrounded them, a voice spoke from the cloud saying, ‘This is my Son, whom I adore,’ and the cloud disappeared. ‘Pay attention to him!'” Mark 9:2, 3, and 7 (NIV).

For a little period, Jesus demonstrated that He is the genuine King of Glory.

The True Identity of Jesus

In His own words, Jesus made it quite plain who He was: “I am aware that Messiah is on his way,” the Samaritan lady at the well declared. When he arrives, he will go over everything in detail with us. “I am he,’ Jesus stated, referring to himself as “I who speak to you.” NIV translation of John 4:25-26. The Jews questioned Jesus about His actual identity for a long time, and he answered their questions. He informs them that “I have come from God and am presently here.” “My Father, whom you believe to be your God, is the one who exalts me and exalts you.

Who Is Jesus Christ?

It was clearly stated by Jesus that He was God himself, and that He was the only route to salvation and eternal life with Him. That distinguishes Him from all other religious traditions. If Jesus did not claim to be who He claimed to be, then He would have been the profane teacher about whom the Jews complained. For Hindus, he is only one of a plethora of deities. According to Islam, Jesus was a prophet and a great teacher, but not a divine being. Buddhists regard Jesus as just a knowledgeable teacher and a holy man, and they do not worship him.

They have read and examined the historical record of Jesus and have come to the conclusion that He is not God.

Our thoughts and decisions concerning Jesus are entirely personal.

We either believe in Him or don’t believe in Him.

So, who do you believe He to be? While visiting Lazarus’s grave, Jesus informed Martha, “I am the resurrection and the life. I am the Son of God.” Those who put their faith in me will survive, regardless of whether or not they are killed. “Do you believe what I’m saying?” NIV translation of John 11:25-26. This is a claim that only God could make. Martha’s response was, “Yes, Lord, I believe.,” according to verse 27. I am convinced. It is in you that I place my faith, Jesus. This is the most important reality that we may ever realize in our lives.

Who do you consider to be the ruler of your life?

“For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved,” says Romans 10:10, “that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.” The procedure involves more than merely reciting the words or agreeing with the facts that have been conveyed.

When Someone Asks “Who is Jesus?” How Do You Answer?

“Who exactly is Jesus Christ?” a question that many people have pondered. A few years ago, the cover of an edition of U. S. News and World Report featured an artist’s portrayal of Jesus with the heading “The Jesus Code—America Is Rethinking the Messiah Again.” Around that time, a prominent television network produced a program named “The Search for Jesus,” which included “scholars” who pooled their ignorance in order to make a compelling argument. It was about as informative as a group of blindfolded guys in a cave with a jug full of lightning bugs attempting to investigate the noonday sun, which is to say, not very informative whatsoever.

Bryant Gumbel once conducted a national televised interview with Larry King, and at the conclusion of the conversation, he asked Larry King a very crucial question: “Larry, if you could meet God and ask Him one thing, what question would you ask Him?” “I would inquire as to if He has a son,” Larry King added.

The cover of a 1994 issue of Life magazine is titled “Jesus—Who Was He?” That is the incorrect question.
According to John Blanchard’s estimates, around 30 billion people have lived on the planet Earth throughout the course of recorded history.
One name sticks out above all others among that small group: Jesus Christ.
Theology revolves around him, and he is the focal point of all arguments.
He had a physical existence around 2,000 years ago in the little country of Israel.
Whenever you glance at your watch, millions of individuals will be studying God’s word, and you will not be alone.
Despite the fact that he had no formal education, his life resulted in the establishment of more institutions, seminaries, and universities than any other person in history.

It’s tough to put Him into words.

It is deadly to turn your back on Him.

The divinely inspired Word of God is where we must look for the answer to the question, “Who is Jesus?” Because of what we learn about the Lord Jesus Christ in this text, Philippians 2:6-11 is an excellent location to begin our study.

Paul writes in Philippians 2:6-7.

An newborn was born out of the infinity, fulfilling the prophecy of Isaiah 7:14, “Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son.” Consider whether you feel it is difficult to accept that Jesus was born of a virgin.

The first person to speak was Mary herself, of course.

“Because with God, nothing is impossible,” the angel responded.

Given that you acknowledge that God created the first man out of nothing, don’t you believe that God is capable of bringing a child into this world through a virgin birth? If you don’t believe in the virgin birth, you’ve got some issues with your moral character.

The character of the Word of God is a problem for you, because the Word plainly teaches it
The character of Mary is a problem for you, too, since the Word clearly teaches it. It follows that, since Jesus was not born of a virgin, Mary was unmarried and consequently had a sexual relationship with another man. Third, you have issues with Jesus’s persona as well as his teachings. It is possible that Jesus was not born of a virgin, in which case He was not only born out of wedlock, but also a son of Adam, and so possessed the sin nature of Adam. “Everyone dies in Adam” (1 Cor. 15:22). He was not the sinless, sinless Son of God
He was not the sinless, sinless Son of God. Finally, and maybe most importantly, the most serious problem you have with your character is a problem with yourself. Friend, if you do not believe in the virgin birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, you have a king-sized character issue, for you have no prospect of redemption until you believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ. There are none at all.

As a result, Jesus is the only sinless Son of God. And, having been discovered in good standing as a man, he humbled himself and submitted to authority. (v.8) He was the Son of God who was completely obedient. The will of the Father was never broken by Jesus at any point in his life. According to him, “I constantly do the things that satisfy Him” (John 8:29). When asked about Him, God the Father said, “This is My beloved Son in whom I am greatly delighted.” (2 Corinthians 6:17; Matthew 3:17; Luke 17:5) Even though Satan launched all of hell’s arsenal on the Lord Jesus Christ, he was never able to convince him to commit a sin.

“The prince of this world comes, but he finds nothing in Me,” Jesus declared.
(v.6).
It’s critical to recognize that Jesus is not only the Son of God, but He is also God the Son, as well.
They question, “By what authority does He make this claim?” they wonder.

The prophet Isaiah expresses it this way: “.the powerful God, the everlasting Father.” In Isaiah 9:6, the Bible says He is the only Son of God who has the authority to do whatever he wants.
They sneered at Jesus’ birth and claimed that Abraham was their father: “We’re aware of your birth—you’re an illegitimate child,” they said.

Give us a “virgin birth,” but please do not.” Then Jesus said something that caused them to take a step back in surprise.

Abraham has been dead for hundreds of years.

“How do you say, ‘Abraham saw my day,'” you might wonder.

With deliberate intent, Jesus invokes the most sacred name the Jews possessed for Jehovah, the appellation “I AM,” which is the sacred name for the self-existent Almighty.

When Moses was prepared to approach Pharaoh and deliver God’s people, he prayed to God for guidance on what to say to the tyrant.

“I was,” not “I was.” “I will be” is not the same as “I will.” Nothing more than “I AM—there has never been a time when I was not.” I’m going to be like this forever.

He is the I AM that I AM.

Jesus, my friend, is God manifested in human flesh.

It is really essential.

He is the spotless Son of God due to the fact that He is the miraculous Son of God.

He is God manifested in the form of a human being.

On television, I hear people refer to Jesus as “Jesus the philosopher.” Him as a great philosopher is not the only thing you admire about Him.

You don’t just bow your head when you think of Jesus Christ; you bow your knee.

Rather, He made Himself of no reputation, and took upon Himself the form of a servant, and was made in the image and likeness of men: And when He was discovered in the likeness of men, He humbled Himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death on the cross.

This one, Jesus Christ, the sovereign, sinless, supernatural Son of God, born of a virgin, was totally, completely obedient.

You say, “That’s a mystery to me.” It may be a mystery to you, but it is a fact.

1 Timothy 3:16 Great is the mystery… God manifested in the flesh.

He rose from the dead.

He said,“No man taketh My life from Me; I lay it down of MyselfI have the power to lay it down and I have power to take it up again.” (John 10:18) He survives the ages.

The Bible says He’s able to save unto the uttermost those that come unto God by Him, because He ever liveth to make intercession for them.

Listen to me, friend. You have a date with deity. You’re going to meet Jesus Christ. He is inescapable, unavoidable, inevitable. Why Christmas? Because of Calvary. Christmas is to make Calvary possible. Luke 19:10—“For the Son of Manis come to seek and to save that which is lost.”

Who is Jesus Christ to you?

When I was younger, I was asked, “Who is Jesus Christ to you?” On the one hand, it’s a straightforward question. On the other hand, it’s a rather complicated situation. One’s response reveals a great deal about their perspective on Christianity, God, and their own faith. David Lose recently stated that, since we believe in a God who we cannot see, our experiences in this world may eventually impact our perception of God and the universe. For example, because we live in a violent environment, we may perceive God as a violent God who is on a mission to exterminate and annihilate unfaithful individuals.

Who really is Jesus Christ in my eyes?
This is what I believed since that was what everyone told me.
I had been led to believe that the ultimate objective of life is to embrace Jesus as my personal savior.
So, what do you do now?
What I’m discovering is that the novelty of “being rescued” wears off after a while.
However, as time progresses, part of this goes away.
We come with Christians who have been around for a long time yet appear to be passionless and exhausted.

“What precisely am I rescued from?” we wonder while we’re in the thick of our storms, hurdles, and brokenness.

When we’re stuck in a spiritual rut, we may strive to recreate the emotion we had when we first embraced Christ as our Lord and Savior.

Summer retreats and winter retreats have traditionally been held in my family’s tradition.

Obviously, the kids would be dissatisfied if they “felt” as though they weren’t saved this time.

And, in my early years as a youth pastor, I was the one who attempted to create these kinds of moments at every retreat.

After all, it didn’t matter that Jae had accepted Jesus as his Savior for the fourth time.

One year, our winter retreat was about to begin, and one of the normal students had failed to sign up for it.

After a while, it occurred to me that my connection needed to be more than just Rescuer and rescued.

And if Jesus is my Lord, I should devote my life to carrying out his instructions rather than attempting to make Jesus fulfill my wishes and fit into my reality.

In an ideal world, I would follow Christ wherever he went.

What Christ has asked me to do, I carry out.

I’m not going to lie, I’m going to struggle and resist.

Because Jesus is a loving and kind Master who has poured down his life for us.

Whenever I look into his eyes, he asks me, “Child, where have they gone?” Is it true that no one has condemned you?

As a result, when we embrace Jesus as our Savior, Lord, and Master, we are no longer the same people we were before.

It is impossible for us to remain the same once we begin living for Jesus’ purpose rather than our own.

Who is Jesus to You?

When getting to know someone and learning about their spiritual journey, the most important question to ask is “who is Jesus to you?” The response to this question will reveal where they are in their relationship with God. Not only who the individual believes Jesus to be. but who he is in their eyes. Then pay attention for the response. Don’t make assumptions or place your own meaning on what they are saying; instead, pay attention. However, when you start talking about who Jesus is and what it means to be a Christian with them, you will find that their concept of him and what it means to be a Christian is radically different from your own.

He is the Son of the Living God, who existed with God before the beginning of time and the beginning of creation, and who is God.

It was to him that God the Father spoke in Psalm 110:1, “The Lord says to my Lord: “Sit at My right hand until I make Your adversaries a footstool for Your feet.”” He is the fulfillment of the promise made to Adam and Eve, having been born of a virgin (Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:23), the seed of a woman (Genesis 3:15), and having triumphed over death (1 Corinthians 15:55-57, Isaiah 25:8), as well as having crushed Satan under His feet (Matthew 1:23).

It is my belief that Jesus is who He claimed to be, both God and the Son of Man.

Not All who Claim to Be Christians Are

There are many people who believe that Jesus was a wonderful person, but not all of them acknowledge him as their Lord and Savior. There may even be individuals who claim to speak for him and to perform miracles in his name, but who do not consider themselves to be members of the body of Christ. This passage raises a lot of questions. Those who do the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter the kingdom of heaven, not everyone who calls out to Me in the name of ‘Lord, Lord.'” 21 “Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name and cast out demons in Your name, and perform many miracles in Your name?” 22 “Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name and cast out demons in Your name, and perform many miracles in Your name?” 23 And then I will say to them, ‘I never knew you; leave from Me, you who practice lawlessness,’ as if they were strangers.

(Matthew 7:21-23, New American Standard Bible) It doesn’t have to be difficult or time-consuming. “If we confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in our hearts that God raised him from the dead, we will be saved,” the Bible says in Romans 10:9. It truly is that straightforward.

Who Jesus is to You

The jailer at Philippi, having witnessed the hand of God in both the earthquake that broke open the prison and all of the captives who remained there, approached Paul and Silas and asked, “Sirs, what must I do in order to be saved?” You will be saved if you place your faith in the Lord Jesus, according to their response. (See also Acts 16:29-31 and Joel 2:32.) The “Lord” element of this remark is not usually understood by people in our current age. We don’t live in a culture where we are completely subordinate to another person’s authority.

The question is whether or not you have made Jesus the leader of your life.

Who is Jesus? Do You Have an Answer?

The date is September 26, 2021. Article to be saved “Who exactly is Jesus Christ?” a question that many people have pondered. A few years ago, the cover of an edition of U. S. News and World Report featured an artist’s portrayal of Jesus with the heading “The Jesus Code—America Is Rethinking the Messiah Again.” It was broadcast on a major television network in 2000, and it included “scholars” who pooled their ignorance in a documentary titled “The Search for Jesus.” The way they sought to scrutinize the Lord Jesus Christ reminded me of a bunch of blindfolded guys in a cave with a jug of lightning bugs attempting to inspect the noonday sun on a cloudy day.

They were unable to locate Him because they were looking in the incorrect location.
That is the incorrect question.
According to some estimates, the total number of people who have ever lived on the planet Earth during recorded history is around 30 billion.
There is one name that sticks out above all others: the name of Jesus Christ.
He lived in the flesh nearly 2,000 years ago in the little land of Israel, but His birthday separates history’s timeline into two periods: “B.C.” and “A.D.”.
Every time you look at your wristwatch, millions of people across the world are studying God’s Word.
In the name of Jesus Christ, tens of thousands of hospitals and orphanages have been established across the world.
“I would inquire as to if He has a son,” Larry King added.
In the words of renowned historian Kenneth Scott Latourette, “Jesus has had a greater impact on the history of mankind than any other “man” who has ever lived.” Nobody has ever had the kind of impact that Jesus Christ of Nazareth has had on the world.
Ignoring Him is a recipe for disaster.

This One whose name is Jesus cannot be entirely described or comprehended by me since my speech is limited, my thinking is little, and my heart is unable to completely encompass Him.” We must turn to the divinely inspired Word of God in order to provide an accurate response to the question “Who is Jesus?” Philippians chapter 2 is a fantastic place to start because of all we learn about Jesus in that chapter.

And He, though He was manifested in the form of God, did not regard it as robbery to be on an equal footing with God, but humbled Himself by taking the form of a bondservant and appearing in the image of mankind. Philemon 2:6-7 (Philippians 2:6-7)

The Supernatural Son

The Infinite becomes a child, achieving its destiny. “Behold, a virgin shall conceive and have a son,” according to Isaiah 7:14. Consider whether you feel it is difficult to accept that Jesus was born of a virgin. You are not alone in your feelings. It was Mary herself who was the first to have difficulty with it. “How is this possible?” she wondered. ‘Because with God, there is nothing that is impossible,’ the angel responded (Luke 1:37). Given that you acknowledge that God created the first man out of nothing, don’t you believe that God could also bring a child into this world via a virgin birth?

The character of the Word of God is something you have an issue with, since the Word of God plainly teaches it
You’re having issues with Mary’s character, I understand. It follows that if Jesus was not born of a virgin, Mary was promiscuous and lied about everything. The character of Jesus is a source of contention for you. In the event that He was not born of a virgin, He was a son of Adam, inherited Adam’s sinful nature, and was thus not sinless

The Sinless Son

“And when He was shown to be in the appearance of a man, He humbled himself and submitted.” (Philippians 2:8; Philippians 3:8) He was the Son of God who was completely obedient. The will of the Father was never broken by Jesus at any point in his life. “I constantly try to do things that are pleasing to Him,” he explained (John 8:29). Upon seeing Him, God the Father exclaimed, “This is My beloved Son in whom I take pleasure” (Matthew 3:17 and 17:5). Satan launched everything of Hell’s arsenal against the Lord Jesus Christ, yet he was never able to persuade Him to commit a sin.

The Sovereign Son

When the Bible declares in Philippians 2:6 that Jesus is “equal with God,” it’s vital to remember that He is not only the Son of God, but He is also God the Son, God manifested in the flesh. Muslims, Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses, and our Jewish acquaintances, on the other hand, do not accept this as fact. Jesus, on the other hand, asserts this claim with the authority of God Himself. Jehovah is addressing in Hebrews 1:8, saying, “But to the Son, He says, “Your throne, O God, shall be forever and ever.” God refers to His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, as “God.” He is the Son of God.

The Pharisees were having a disagreement with Jesus at one point.
Give us a “virgin birth,” but please do not.” Then Jesus said something that caused them to take a step back in surprise.
“Wait a minute,” they cautioned.
“How do you say, ‘Abraham saw my day,'” you might wonder.
Jesus purposely chose the most holy word the Jews possessed for Jehovah: “I AM,” which is the sacred name for the self-existing Almighty God, in order to draw attention to himself.
“Tell them I AM sent you,” God instructed Moses to say when he went to meet Pharaoh: “Tell them I AM sent you.” “I was,” not “I was.” “I will be” is not the same as “I will.” Nothing more than “I AM—there has never been a time when I was not.” I’m going to be like this forever.
He is the I AM that I AM.
Jesus, my friend, is God manifested in human flesh.
Jesus is the superhuman, sinless Son of God, who was born of a virgin in the New Testament.
It’s no surprise that they wanted to stone Him after he stated this.

On television, I hear people refer to Jesus as “Jesus the philosopher.” Him as a brilliant philosopher is not the only thing you respect in Him. He is the All-Powerful God. You don’t just bow your head when you think about Jesus Christ; you bow your knee.

The Sacrificial Son

.but He came in the guise of a bondservant and appeared in the likeness of mankind, despite the fact that He was of no renown. As a result of being discovered in human form, He humbled Himself and became submissive to the point of death, even death on a cross. 2:7-8) (Philippians 2:8-10) When it came to obeying, Jesus Christ, God’s sovereign, sinless, miraculous Son of God, who was born of a virgin, was unfailingly faithful. Acts 20:28 provides another evidence that Jesus is the Son of the Living God.

With His own blood, God, as the Shepherd of the Church, bought the church.
“It’s a mystery to me,” you state emphatically.
And without any debate, the secret of godliness is as follows: God was revealed in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among the Gentiles, believed on throughout the world, and received up into glory.
God took on the form of a human being.

The Surviving Son

Death was unable to contain Him. In the end, he resurrected from the dead. The grave could not contain Him because He is the only one who has authority over both life and death. No one can take my life away from me; I must give it up of My own free will. I have the ability to put something down and the ability to pick it up again. (See also John 10:18.) He has survived through the years. He is not buried, but is actively involved in our lives: “Therefore, He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He constantly lives to make intercession for them” (Hebrews 4:15).

What is the significance of Christmas?
Because of Christmas, Calvary is made possible, “because the Son of Manhas come to seek and to rescue that which has been lost” (Luke 19:10).
The Son of God who is superhuman, sinless, sovereign, sacrificial, and who is still alive.
One day, you will come face to face with the unavoidable Lord Jesus Christ.

Please, God, help me. I am well aware that I am a sinner. I’m aware that You care about me and wish to save me. If You are the Son of God, who died on the cross to pay for my sins, I believe You are my Savior. I am certain that God resurrected You from the grave. Please accept me as a personal Lord and Savior as I repent and believe in Your promise to forgive me of my sins.

Who exactly is Jesus? A matter of absolutely crucial significance has been raised. He might have been just an ordinary nice man who strolled around in sandals, uttered a few proverbs, and treated everyone with respect. Was he a one-dimensional character, or something more? Or would you like something less? Some of you who are reading this are asking questions. You’re interested in learning more about this Jesus man. Perhaps you attended church as a child but never fully grasped the significance of Jesus’ life and sacrifice.

As a result, you find yourself asking the question, “Who is Jesus?” This is not the first time someone has asked this question.
Some considered him to be a great prophet.
So, who was Jesus in his truest form?
As I mentioned in the previous piece, I’m going to look at what the Bible says about Jesus.
I’m making the assumption that the Bible is an accurate account of what individuals saw and experienced.
However, the Bible is the only source where we may read the actual words of Jesus as well as see the deeds he conducted.
So let us attempt to provide an answer to the question: who is Jesus?

The Claims Of Jesus

What Jesus stated about himself should be taken into consideration while trying to answer the question, “Who is Jesus?” After all, a person’s sense of self-identity tells us a great deal about who that person is in reality. So, who exactly did Jesus claim to be?

Jesus Claimed To God

That Jesus claimed to be God was the most startling assertion that he made about himself and his mission. This is not an angel. No, I’m not a prophet. There is no such thing as a semi-divine person. He claimed to be God himself, in fact. In John 5, Jesus heals a man who was crippled and then addresses God as “Father” for the first time. The Jewish authorities were enraged by this because they were well aware of what it signified when Jesus addressed God as his Father. They were well aware that he was claiming to be on an equal footing with God, which was considered heresy by the Jews.

Once again, the Jewish leadership erupted in rage.
As a result of their understanding that God was the only one who could pardon sins.
Consequently, God alone has the ability to pardon sins, and no one else has this authority.
He is blaspheming!
If you want to know who Jesus is, you have to deal with this claim he made.

Was he a con man and a deceiver who pretended to be God and mislead people? Or was he really, actually, truly God? There’s no getting around this question. Who exactly is Jesus? I encourage you to answer that question by examining the many claims of Jesus about himself.

Jesus Claimed To Be The Way, Truth, and Life

Besides claiming to be God himself, Jesus also claimed to be THE path to God, the truth, and the life, all of which he claimed to be true. There is no single truth among many. There is no one god among many gods, all of whom are part of the truth. There is only one god. No, he claimed to be the only source of truth in the universe. ‘I am the way, and the truth, and the life,’ Jesus declared to him in John 14:6.” ‘There is no other way to the Father but through me.’ There are two great aspects about this passage: first, it is written in the third person.

He claims that there is no other way to reach the Father (God) but via him.
He didn’t explain that he was only one of many possible routes to God.
According to him, he was the ONE and ONLY route to God.
According to Jesus, no one can have their own version of the truth.
You are not allowed to pick and choose whatever truths are relevant to you.
Finally, Jesus claimed to be the resurrection and the life.
Once again, these are all highly exclusive statements that are being made.
Are they correct or incorrect?
If what Jesus stated is correct, then he is deserving of our respect and obedience.

Jesus Claimed To Be The Source Of Eternal Life

Besides claiming to be God himself, Jesus also claimed to be THE path to God, the truth, and the life, all of which were asserted by him. There isn’t a single truth among the many that exists. Rather, there is a God amid many gods, each of whom is a component of the truth. Rather, he asserted that he was the only source of truth. In John 14:6, Jesus says, “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life.'” Without my intercession, no one can approach the Father. In this section, there are two extraordinary occurrences that occur.

The Father (God), he claims, can only be reached via him, and no one else.
That he was just one of many possible routes to God was not stated.
According to him, he was the ONE and ONLY path to reach heaven.
Everybody cannot have their own truth, according to Jesus.
Neither can you pick and choose whatever truths are relevant to you.
Finally, Jesus asserted that he was the resurrection and eternal life.
This is another another set of allegations that are highly exclusive.
True or false?

Is it possible to tell the difference? With a simple, “Meh,” or maybe, you can’t just brush them aside. Assuming that what Jesus stated is correct, he is deserving of our respect and devotion. It is appropriate to despise someone for lying, deceiving, or acting insanely if his statements are untrue.

The Acts of Jesus

It’s one thing to examine Jesus’ assertions. It’s quite another to believe them. After all, anyone may make the claim to be the creator of the universe. Sure, they could be insane, but they still have the right to make the claim. However, here’s the rub. Jesus also performed incredible, insane, and out-of-this-world feats. Things that a regular human would never be able to perform. All of these events were observed by a large number of people and are documented in the Scriptures. What kind of things did Jesus get up to?

Those who were blind were instantly restored to sight. The paralyzed were able to walk again because of this. Resurrected a large number of individuals from the dead
During a hurricane, the sea became calm as a result of this
I was walking on water
5,000 people were fed with only a few loaves of bread and a few pieces of fish
Healed individuals who had been afflicted with leprosy. he transformed water into wine
People’s demons should be exorcised. As well as a slew of other supernatural phenomena

Some people could be inclined to believe that none of these events truly occurred. They’re nothing short of legends. That appears to be an acceptable reaction. But here’s the thing: these miracles were witnessed not just by one or two individuals, but by large groups of people! Neither were they the product of fevered imaginations nor were they hallucinations. Many people were so sure that these events had place that they were prepared to put their lives on the line to prove their point. The apostle John writes in John 21:25, “There are also many more things that Jesus performed.” If each and every one of them were to be published, I believe that the planet itself would be unable to accommodate the number of volumes that would be produced.” The Jewish elders may disagree with Jesus’ doctrine, but they couldn’t disagree with the things he performed on the earth.

Then you’ll have to figure out what all of these miracles and supernatural occurrences really mean.

Was he simply a regular man, or did he turn out to be something else entirely?

What Others Said About Jesus

Some people may be inclined to believe that none of these events truly occurred. The tales are certain. I think that’s a legitimate response to provide. It just so happens that not only one or two persons saw these miracles, but large groups of people did, as well. Neither were these visions hallucinations nor were they the work of a fevered intellect. Numerous people were so sure that these events had place that they were prepared to put their lives on the line to prove their point. “Now there are also many more things that Jesus performed,” John writes in John 21:25.

He was nothing short of remarkable.

“Who is Jesus?” you may wonder. Do you wish to know the answer to this question? Then you’ll have to figure out what all of these miracles and supernatural occurrences truly signify. What are their thoughts on Jesus? Was he simply a regular guy, or was he something more sinister?

Who Is Jesus? Who Do You Say That He Is?

This is only a small selection of the things that Jesus said and accomplished. The remainder of his remarkable words and acts may be read in the book of Revelation. But this gets us to a vitally essential question: who do you believe Jesus to be and why do you believe that? Jesus is a force that cannot be ignored. You have two options: either you reject him outright and have nothing to do with him, or you believe in him, obey him, and obtain eternal life as a result of your faith. Finally, here’s some good news.

Everyone who repents of their sin and places their faith in Jesus has the potential to enter into a relationship with God.

In reality, there is nothing you can do to win forgiveness.
