After been taught since he was a baby that Christmas is the festival during which Christians commemorate the birth of Jesus, he inquired of his mother, “where’s the line to visit Jesus?” Upon hearing this, Becky’s sister brought it to the attention of her father, Steve Haupt, who was immediately inspired and wrote down the lyrics of the song in a matter of minutes.

Recently, the query “Where’s the Line to See Jesus?” spurred the creation of a Christmas song that went viral on YouTube in less than two weeks, receiving more than half a million hits in that time period.
