Ministry coaching is one-on-one consultations presented to individuals in leadership positions within churches or organizations. This program is designed to help develop or grow a healthy and vibrant Women's Ministry. Depending on the objectives, Ministry Coaching can help you:

• Create a meaningful mission statement
• Clearly define your ministry team and responsibilities
• Successfully select key leaders
• Empower you as a leader to train others and serve more effectively
• Plan your budget, events, and programs to fulfill your mission statement

Coaching Fees: The standard fee for Ministry Coaching is $35 per hour, but we suggest that you take advantage of a comprehensive, customized coaching package that allows for a series of consultations to help you reach your desired goal. The initial “assessment interview” is complimentary.

Once your leadership team has been selected, equipping your leaders is essential to the success and longevity of your ministry. Presented in a one-day fun and interactive program, ProvenWay will work with your ministry team teaching valuable skills. Here are benefits of participating in our Team Training:

Who we are in Christ is who we really are! How can we discover the realities of who the Creator has made us to be? There are two basic tools that are extremely important in moving us along this road to discovery. These tools are spiritual gifts and relational style inventories. Not only do these tools give understanding to the "real person," but they also provide direction and purpose in ministry. By understanding oneself, individuals become more effective servants of the Master.
