Tanya Magnus
Tanya is a Jill-of-all-trades. She’s been a professional athlete, built several small businesses, has been in the corporate world and even in the music business. But it was through her study of God’s Word that she found her heart’s true home and learned that her identity in Christ means more than all the fame and fortune the world can offer. Now Tanya’s passion is teaching the Bible to women of all ages and guiding them to His truths and who they are in Christ. Her inspirational and encouraging teachings will challenge women to discover and live out their purpose for His glory.

Tanya’s witty and down-to-earth delivery of God’s powerful truths makes her a popular speaker and Bible teacher and trainer. Her personal journey has brought her to claim as her life verse Isaiah 40:31: “...but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles…..”. God has lead Tanya to be a “fire starter” for other’s passions, and her ministry “Choose To Soar”, will guide women to discover and develop who they are in Christ.

Tanya’s passionate prayer is for women to walk away from her teaching with renewed hope and a heart that is ready to choose to soar!

Tanya currently serves as founder and CEO of Choose to Soar Ministries, Women’s Ministry Advisor for Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall, Texas and
has authored several Bible Studies. Tanya resides in Rowlett, Texas with her husband and teen-aged daughter.
