Heather Cullins

Born with neurofibromatosis, Heather Cullins has had to overcome a number of challenges that are commonly associated with this neurological disorder. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a concentration in music.

After graduating from college, Ms. Cullins moved to Rockwall, Texas, where she worked as an elementary teacher for six years and also founded one of the largest music schools in the area, The Rockwall School of Music. In 2004, Heather sold her business at the peak of its success and began to pursue her dream of becoming a harpist for Christian Events.

Shortly thereafter, Heather temporarily lost her ability to play the harp due to carpel tunnel syndrome and tendonitis.  Continuing to hold onto her dream, Heather believed with all her heart that The Lord would one day restore her and strengthen her to play the harp again.   Heather’s experiences have given her a passion to help women learn how to be “comfortable in their own skin” all for the “Glory of God”!  Heather is currently mentoring young women with Christian values, serving in homeless shelters, and teaching in Dallas area prisons.
