Sandy Riffe
Sandy Lindsey Riffe retired from 26 years in the business
world. The last 18 years of her career, she was Executive
Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of
a private trust company. Sandy says she enjoys the freedom
and flexibility that retirement brings which allows her
to do the things that matter most and, hopefully, make
a difference. Sandy is a Past President of the Dallas Chapter
of Executive Women International and Fellowship of Professional
Women. She is a coordinator of Small Group Bible Studies
for FPW and facilitates one in her home. For several years,
she led a ministry called Widow’s Might. Sandy is
married to Pete Riffe, who was formerly on staff at Northwest
Bible Church where they now serve as Coordinators for the
Marriage Mentors Ministry. Together they have four adult
children and six precious grandchildren. Her favorite scripture
and the guide for her life is Proverbs 3:5-6. |

Karol Ladd
Karol Ladd offers lasting hope through Biblical truth
to women around the world. As a gifted communicator
and dynamic leader, Karol is a popular speaker to women’s
organizations, church groups and corporate events. She
is co-founder of a character-building club for young
girls called USA Sonshine Girls and serves on several
ministry boards. Karol is a frequent guest on
radio and television programs and is the best-selling
author of over 20 books. Her most valued role
is that of wife to Curt and mother to daughters Grace

Sondi Pace
Sondi Pace has served on numerous local and national boards and has been an active member of the Women's Ministry Leadership Team at Cottonwood Baptist Church in Allen. She spent 25 years as a meeting planner/event organizer and a volunteer for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Sondi plays the violin and has participated in performances glorifying the Lord at her church, Fair Park, and The Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, as well as on tour in Europe.

Denise Foxx
Denise Foxx began full-time Christian ministry as the Women's Ministry Director at Concord Church of Dallas in March 2005, leaving her many years in corporate America behind to follow God's call. She is responsible for developing and administering a comprehensive ministry that meets the needs of multi-generations by utilizing the Titus 2 principle of mature women teaching younger women. Denise's life mission is to teach, coach and exhort women to find God's specific will for their lives and to pursue it with excellence and passion. Denise is past recipient of the A. W. Blair Award for Christian Leadership. |

Donna Skell
Donna serves as Special Assistant to the President of the American
Tract Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing evangelistic
tools and Gospel tracts. She is the current President for the Fellowship
of Professional Women. Over the last decade she has served as a Marketing/Sales
Consultant, helping launch three new companies. Donna has enjoyed
hosting a nationally syndicated radio talk show, consulting with
spa resorts and country clubs, speaking to major companies, and building
and directing large sales organizations. |

Debbie Stuart
Currently on staff as Director of Women’s Ministry at Prestonwood
Baptist Church in Plano, Debbie Stuart is passionate about effective
ministry to women. She has a Women’s Ministry certificate from
New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Debbie is a frequent conference
leader and speaker, and serves as a LifeWay Ministry Multiplier for
Women’s Ministry/ LifeWay Church Resources. |
